Jason Wahler, star of MTV’s "The Hills" and "Laguna Beach," pleaded no contest today to one count of battery, and was sentenced to 60 days in Los Angeles County Jail.

Wahler, 20, and model Kristin DeLuca, 25, were arrested in September 2006 after an altercation on Wilshire Blvd. The two and a group of friends were driving on Wilshire when their vehicle was blocked by a city vehicle and a tow truck attempting to move an illegally parked car. The pair jumped out of their car and got into a verbal altercation with the city employee and the tow truck drivers. Wahler punched one of the drivers and DeLuca kicked the tow operator and spit in his face. The drivers called the cops after restraining Wahler. His blood alcohol level at the time of his arrest was .22, nearly three times the legal limit. It’a amazing he could even walk.

Wahler pleaded no contest to one count of battery, and in addition to jail time, was ordered to attend 104 AA meetings, 36 hours of anger management classes, and to stay away from all of the victims. DeLuca pleaded no contest to one count of battery and was sentenced to 24 months of probation. She also must serve 15 days working on the road with CalTrans. Why wasn’t she ordered to attend anger management classes?

Wahler and De Luca must also participate in a one-day Museum of Tolerance program because of the numerous racial slurs they uttered during the incident.

Wahler has until May 4 to turn himself in.

Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler was arrested and booked this weekend after cops say he "resisted a public officer" during a raid on underage drinkers in North Carolina.

According to police sources, the 20-year-old lied about his age when he was approached inside Rumors nightclub by members of the Alcohol Law Enforcement Division. Wahler claimed he wasn’t carrying any ID that night, but insisted that police could "check gossip blogs" to verify his identity!

Wahler was taken to Pitt County Jail early Saturday morning, where sources claim he was anything but cooperative, shouting multiple obscenities throughout the booking process. After spending just a few hours behind bars, Wahler was released on $1000 bail.

Wahler is due to back in court in April.

The 20-year-old has a history of run-ins with the law. Wahler was arrested in Los Angeles for misdemeanor battery after an altercation with a tow truck driver in September. Three weeks earlier, Wahler was ordered to complete five days of community service after he was arrested in New York for disorderly conduct.

As I reported FIRST on friday, September 22nd, Jason Wahler was arrested again Friday at 5:30PM for misdemeanor battery. Bail was set at $20,000. According to LAPD documents, he was released Saturday afternoon.

Also According to police, Jason and a female companion, Kristen Deluca, were involved in an altercation with a Department of Transportation officer and a tow truck driver. There was a physical altercation and police were called to the scene. After police arrived on the scene, Wahler and Deluca were both arrested for battery.
