Heidi Montag is not the dumb blond that she plays on The Hills. Heidi went on David Letterman to continue to air the dirt between herself and Lauren Conrad. The main topic of discussion was the existence of the intimate tape Lauren allegedly made with Jason Wahler. I’m starting to become a Heidi fan now that she dropped the bimbo act. A smarter Heidi could have a bright career at The Hills.

Spencer Pratt will appear on The Tyra Banks Show, which will air Tuesday, claiming once again that Lauren Conrad did indeed make an intimate tape with ex boyfriend Jason Wahler. Pratt said:

"I know for 100% fact it did exist, 1000%!"

Pratt was then asked if he had ever seen the tape, and he said:

"I would never watch that. I would rather throw up, but I know for a fact, and I would take a lie detector test."

Wouldn’t watch it? Why, is he gay? Everyone involved should take a lie detector, including Pratt, Wahler, and Conrad.

Heidi Montag who was also on the show with Pratt, also confirmed the tape’s existence, saying:

"The tape is not a rumor. From what I have heard, from confirmed sources, her ex-boyfriend was going around trying to sell it."

Tyra asked how Montag could know the tape existed if she hasn’t seen the tape, and Montag said:

"Well, I mean, I am not sure she has it anymore, but from what I’ve heard. I am not really allowed to elaborate."

Not allowed to elaborate? Why not? Who’s stopping you? I’m not sure I believe these two, even though I completely believe Wahler and Conrad would make an intimate tape, and Wahler would definitely try to sell it.

In April 2007, Conrad told Us magazine.

"There is no sex tape that exists."

From what I hear the tape does exists, and someday it will come out.

‘Laguna Beach’ bad boy Jason Wahler remains a free man. Although the troubled 20-year-old must remain in rehab for his alcohol-fed violent past, a judge chose not to send him to the slammer just yet.

Wahler has been arrested four times in the last year, with charges ranging from assault to trespassing. He has been attending a bona fide rehab facility (not a celebrity day spa) and anger management classes to stave off jail time.

This story might not be as huge as the Hilton media circus, but it’s still about a public figure getting away with crimes. TMZ has the video of what the judge told Wahler here.

Jason Wahler was arrested over the weekend, for the fourth time in nine months.

Wahler was picked up by the Seattle Police Department just after 2:00 AM for criminal trespassing and assault. Police sources say that Jason was booked into a King County jail early Sunday morning and was released on bail nine hours later.

On March 6, Wahler was sentenced to 60 days in an L.A. County Jail, and must turn himself in sometime before May 4 to begin serving time for roughing-up a tow truck driver. Later this month, he’s due in court in North Carolina to answer to charges of resisting a public officer during an underage drinking sweep. He was also busted last August on cocaine possession and other charges in New York City.

Wahler’s legal troubles now extend to four states including New York, California, North Carolina, and now Washington. Jason is the rumored star of a sex tape with "Laguna Beach" cutie Lauren Conrad, who has denied the existence of such a tape. Too bad, Jason’s could use the money for his attorneys.

Jason Wahler also made racist and offensive slurs during his arrest in Washington state this weekend, allegedly calling a police officer a "nig**r, fag**t, and poor f**k," this according to the police report.

With all of Wahler’s legal bills mounting, he’s going to need money. Is he going to sell the sex tape with himself and Lauren Conrad to get it?

The Hills star Lauren Conrad wants everyone to know that she never made a sex tape with ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler. Conrad said, “There is no sex tape that exists.”

Yesterday Conrad posted this on her site:

"I am posting this note on my website regarding the reports that have circulated on the internet this morning. Jason and I would like to make it clear that we did not make a tape with us having sex. Jason and I are both shocked and hurt that people would say such horrible things about us. I can’t believe that somebody would go to such great lengths to try to damage my reputation. I feel very grateful and blessed to have friends and family to support me at this time. I would especially like to thank all my fans for standing by me."
