There are reports today that Jon Gosselin is looking for an apartment so he can move out of the house he shares with Kate Gosselin and their 8 adorable children. A source says TLC producers are looking for apartments for Jon:

“Producers have begun looking for apartments that are camera-crew friendly so that Jon can move out.”

It looks like the couple’s split will be part of the drama in the show Jon and Kate Plus 8.

It’s no secret the couple are having problems, both Jon and Kate have admitted the marital discourse in interviews for their show. Last week, Kate and their 8 children vacationed in North Carolina while Jon spent time with two female companions in New Jersey. Jon identified the females as the wife and daughter of Kate’s tummy tuck surgeon, who is now a personal friend. The pair even began film their commentaries for the reality show apart.

The current episode shows Kate spending her 34th birthday with her kids alone. The episode was filmed in March. Jon gave this excuse for not being at home:

"I went out to Utah for, like, five days. I just wanted to get back out there and ride with my friends. It just happened to fall on Kate’s birthday."

No husband skips his wife’s birthday unless the marriage is over, or there is something so important it can’t be missed like a business trip.

A source confirmed that Jon was with 23-year-old teacher Deanna Hummel on Kate’s March 28 birthday at a Spring Gruv party at The Canyon in Utah. Kate spent that day on a trip with the kids to Charm City Cakes, which is featured on the Food Network show Ace of Cakes.

The difficulties in the marriage appear to be the result of Kate’s obsession for fame and fortune. Jon says he wants it to stop, and Kate says she will never stop. We don’t blame Kate. Make the money while you can. It’s not like Jon has found, or is trying to find, a better opportunity. Besides, Kate is the person who has so far written three books, including her most recent cook book. Those books require time and effort that so far Jon has spent catering mostly to himself. If Kate, on the other hand, put as much effort into her marriage as she does making money, maybe her marriage wouldn’t be falling apart. Kate has made her choice, which appears to be money and fame at the expense of the kids and her husband.

Since the three-month affair Jon had with Deanna was confirmed by the brother she lived with, Jason Hummel, Deanna moved out of Jason’s home. Not one to miss an opportunity, Jason is now trying to sell the bed Deanna slept with Jon in on Ebay, stains included.

Kate Gosselin appeared on many shows this last week, including The Today Show, Larry King Live, and The Rachael Ray Show set to air next Tuesday on which Kate said:

"It’s one of those things that we’re just handling privately… We’re just taking it one step at a time and I’m trying to walk through it. The focus remains on our kids. It has always been there and will continue to be there. One day at a time, like we’ve always done. One hour at a time, one minute at a time, and my life’s been like that. It’s definitely another learning experience… I look at life through the eyes of my kinds in that i’ve always said life experiences… I feel like you can learn something from every situation and I am absolutely learning a lot from this… I do not care how you see me. Call me crazy, but it’s out there because I am not perfect and I will never boast that I’m perfect. Everyone makes mistakes."

We hope Kate and Jon Gosselin work through the cheating allegations. Kate didn’t deny that Jon cheated, but we are glad Kate is focusing on the kids. Jon should consider focusing more on his wife and kids as well.

Jason Hummel revealed more details about the alleged affair Jon Gosselin had with Deanna Hummel. Jason, who is Deanna’s older brother and roommate, said:

"She’s a nice girl, not a homewrecker. He is a bad liar. This isn’t healthy for her. But she is refusing to help herself, so here I am trying to help her myself. I hope this clears the air."

At the Hummel house, Jason says Deanna and Jon would "pretty much stay locked away like two teenagers. It was weird. He’s a grown man."

"A lot of the time, it was pretty, um, gross listening to her, you know, um, how do I say this? The walls are thin. Let’s just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who’s, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a maybe crazy wife. Ick. Nast."

On April 26, while his wife Kate was traveling, Jon had Deanna over to sunbathe in his family’s front lawn in the photo below. This was just seven days after they had first been photographed together at Legends Lounge at 2 a.m. in pictures that show he is not wearing his wedding band.

Both Jon and Deanna denied the affair, and called Jason a liar, so Jason, who says he was not paid for the above Us Weekly interview, responded:

"I noticed that in both her and Jon’s recent comments, that neither of them addresses the fact that he was sleeping over at our house and was videotaped leaving our house at 7:30 in the morning…Neither of them addresses why she was photographed in a bikini in his front yard while Kate was out of town. It is what it is. I have no reason to lie."

"I have a bad past and I’m not proud of it. I was selling drugs. I didn’t get a jail sentence, I’m on probation. When I made my mistake, I was the same age as my sister is now, making her mistake. Hopefully she can learn from it."

Jason sounds credible to us. If Jon wasn’t having an affair, then why was he spending so much time with Deanna, rather than his wife, or kids?

Last week, Jon Gosselin was photographed leaving a bar in Reading, Penn., with a woman named Deanna Hummel. Hummel later came forward to say that she and Gosselin are just friends, but her brother, Jason Hummel, claims Deanna and Gosselin, a married man with eight kids at home, have been having an affair for three months.

"These allegations are false and just plain hurtful. I adjust to the attention that comes from being in the public eye, I need to be more careful and aware of who I am associating with and where I am spending my time. But the bottom line is, I did not cheat on Kate. I am sorry for putting my family in this awkward position, given some poor decisions and bad judgments I’ve made recently. I am working through this difficult time with my family. My family is my top priority."

We don’t believe you Jon. If your family is your "top priority," then why are you hanging out with other women, alone, until 2 am?

Earlier Wednesday, Deanna Hummel said she was devastated by her brother’s comments:

"My brother is making this all up. I can’t even stomach the lies he’s saying about me."

We don’t believe you either Deanna. Cheaters have a tendency to lie.

When asked by Entertainment Weekly whether they will address this on air, Kate Gosselin said:

"I think we will address the bigger picture, regarding the very public focus on our family and the stress it’s caused in our relationship. Our main focus is on our family and working through this."

We feel sorry for Kate, because today it has been revealed by an ex boyfriend of Deanna Hummel, that Deanna made an intimate tape with him. Deanna’s ex boyfriend is trying to sell the tape. Click here to see some still shots.

Despite Jon’s alleged indiscretions, we hope he and Kate can work it out and stay together for the sake of the kids.
