Janet Jackson watched a flash mob dance as it was filmed in The Grove in Los Angeles earlier today. She watched from above, and showed appreciation for the show that was just for her.

Sometime around July 7 Janet Jackson (43) and Jermaine Dupri (36) called their relationship quits, and went their separate ways. Sources say:

"His friends are telling people it’s over."

"They have been moving in different directions for a while."

Another source says in regards to Dupri producing several tracks on her last two CDs:

"You shouldn’t mix business with pleasure. Janet felt their lives were too crossed and they should have kept things sepa rate."

The split itself wasn’t made public about right away, because Janet likes to keep personal matters private. Janet kept her nine-year marriage to Rene Elizondo hidden until their 2000 divorce.

The death of someone so close in the family can make a person completely reevaluate their life, and choices. Janet’s family needs her now. We hope Janet will find peace and happiness in the years ahead.

Janet Jackson, who cancelled countless shows last year due to an undisclosed illness, was seen in London on Tuesday night. Janet covered herself in big baggy clothes, and a big coat, to hide her once again ballooning weight.

We feel really sad seeing Janet battle to keep her weight under control.

I said it yesterday, but it needs repeating on how to get, and keep weight under control.

My suggestions:

1. Use the Glycemic Index diet
2. Do aerobic exercise daily (30 to 60 minutes on a treadmill)
3. Limit the portion size of meals

This is the no drug formula that will get bad labs good again, and help control weight, as well as lose the bulge.

Getting healthy isn’t something that can be accomplished a few days a week, it’s a daily battle. Once it becomes a habit, it becomes your life.

Janet Jackson (42) was rushed to the hospital shortly before a concert, her rep confirmed. Her public relations person said Janet "got suddenly ill" during a sound check, and had to be rushed to the hospital. The show might be rescheduled, but right now Janet is under observation.

Back in March Janet was also rushed to the hospital. The rep at that time said Janet got sick with the flu. It seems something else is going on they don’t want the public to know about.

It’s possible Janet could have the flu again. Last week Janet and boyfriend Jermaine Dupri celebrated his 36th birthday at Tenjune in New York, but had to leave the party early because Jermaine vomited in Janet’s lap. Why does she always need to be hospitalized though?

Janet Jackson has had a lot of trouble in recent years with her musical comeback, so it appears she’s taken the Madonna approach, and resorted to whips, chains, and S&M stage shows to attract an audience. She just doesn’t look like the dominatrix type.
