Britney Spears called an attorney twice, and left a voice mail in the second call above asking for help to end Jamie Spears conservatorship with the claim her father threatened her. Britney says specifically that Jamie threatened to keep her children from her.

JFXonline says the message was recorded on January 21, 2009.

We’ve heard Britney’s now restrained associates make claims that Britney contacted them for help to end the conservatorship. It’s too bad they didn’t have this tape when they went to court.

The difficulty in taking this recording at face value is that Britney has had mental illness issues, and despite her desire to be independent again, we don’t know if she’s well enough to take the world on herself or not. A mental health professional should be the one to make that decision.

BreatheHeavy.com posted a desperate cry for help in it’s battle against Britney Spears father, Jamie Spears, and the legal conservatorship.

BreatheHeavy.com’s site owner, Jordan Miller, claims his site is a non-profit so as to get around copyright violation allegations, and alleges Jamie Spears is making money off his daughter, and has imprisoned her.

Jamie has threatened BreatheHeavy.com with legal action if they don’t stop using Ms. Spears name and likeness, etc. The conservatorship attorney, Brad Rose, told Miller in a phone conversation:

“You are an uber fan who’s gone a little too far.”

Miller is no longer using ads on the site, so he is asking for PayPal donations to pay the $350.00 per month site operation fee.

Good luck with that.

If Miller weren’t such an uber Britney fan, maybe he’d realize there is a lot of other celebrity news he could report on, besides just news about Britney. This is situation where the monkey has his hand stuck in the cookie jar.

Britney Spears posed for a much more normal looking Christmas card with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. Both boys wore grandpa Jamie Spears glasses. Too bad these pictures are black and white. The snow on the tree is actually Cheeto dust.

Pappa Jamie Spears got some good news before Christmas. Pappa is got his full time care salary raised to $75 per hour, and an additional $51,000 back pay. Although father Jamie has been paid $10,000 a month, the court commissioner raised that amount to $16,000. Jamie is now also allotted $1,200 per month so he can rent an office, which commissioner Reva Goetz said was justified since Jamie working to get his daughter’s personal and professional life back on track.

Jamie deserves every penny. He’s delivered a Christmas miracle.

In the Britney Spears documentary Jamie Spears is seen dressed as a killer clown. Jamie has done an incredible job getting Britney healthy, but how is dressing up like a scary killer clown good for Brintey’s mental health?

Rumors have surfaced that Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib are still seeing each other. Britney’s father has been trying to stop the relationship, especially after a psychologist said Adnan specifically would cause Britney to remain mentally unstable. Reports also indicate that Britney and Adnan have been text messaging each other that daddy Jamie Spears is too controlling.

Jamie is in charge of the conservatorship which controls Britney, so that’s his job, and he’s doing wonderful job.
