Sylvester Stallone (61) says he used human growth hormone to get beefed up for the new Rambo movie, and defends its use. Sylvester told Time magazine in its February 4 issue:

"HGH (human growth hormone) is nothing. Anyone who calls it a steroid is grossly misinformed."

"Testosterone to me is so important for a sense of well-being when you get older," he says. "Everyone over 40 years old would be wise to investigate it because it increases the quality of your life. Mark my words. In 10 years it will be over the counter."

Jackie Stallone, pictured above … on the left, completely agrees. HGH may have a slightly less appealing effecting on women.

To avoid getting HGH illegally you can take isolated amino acids like L-Glutamine, and L-Alanine, to cause your pituitary to release more HGH naturally. Dosages will determine your results, and too much of either can be hard on your kidneys. L-Alanine should not be used in people who have Herpes. If you don’t believe it, then Google it.
