Hulk Hogan and his daughter Brooke Hogan spent some quality time together yesterday at a pool in Los Angeles. Brooke didn’t want to ask one of her female friends to rub sun tan lotion on her, because daddy does it best.

Hulk Hogan was out on a date with a blond that looked so much like his 19 year-old daughter Brooke, that paparazzi kept calling her Brooke. In Hulk’s defense, Brooke does look a lot like her mother, and so does his date.

The family John Graziano injured in Nick Hogan’s August 2007 street racing crash, has filed suit against Hulk, Linda and Nick Hogan alleging they were negligent and are directly liable for the crash that seriously injured the former Marine.

According to court papers filed today in Pinellas County, Fla. Circuit Court by Graziano’s court-appointed guardian Peter Musante, Hulk and Linda (whose real names are Terry and Linda Bollea) should be held legally responsible for their son’s accident.

In the suit, Musante alleges that Nick negligently operated his Toyota Supra by racing another man in a Dodge Viper, a car also owned by Hulk. The suit claims the Bolleas were aware of Nick’s need for speed and knew that he had souped-up his vehicle for the purpose of racing.

In the suit, Musante also says Hulk purchased alcohol the day of the accident, August 26, and that Hulk "knew or should have known" Nick was driving under the influence of the crash and he failed to take appropriate action.

The lawsuit also names Daniel Jacobs, who was driving the Viper that night, as a co-defendant. He pleaded no contest to reckless driving last month.

If the Hogan family were smart they’d settle right now, but Linda has all their assets tied up in divorce court, which won’t prevent Graziano’s family from getting a judgment.

Hulk Hogan’s reported mistress Christiane Plante, and former best friend of Brooke Hogan, is doing her best naughty pose for a MySpace picture. Brooke didn’t take the affair too lightly, especially since her parents may be divorcing over this little hot potato. Brooke said in a now deleted MySpace blog post:

When your best friend and one of your closest family members that you have loved unconditionally since your first day on this earth, betrays you together, you could MAYBE find it in yourself to forgive one day…but you will NEVER forget the hurt they caused you and how it hurt the people who mean the most to you."

Cryptic. How can Brooke come to forgive her former friend for tearing her family apart? Maybe Brooke can relate to her former friend’s situation.

Hulk Hogan is contesting Linda’s divorce filing which requested alimony, half of Hulk’s assets, and custody of Nick Hogan who is in legal trouble. Hulk says Nick is 17 years-old so he is old enough to decide who he wants to live with. Hulk also says Linda is capable of supporting herself financially.
