Hugh Hefner has finally sold his personal mansion that sits right next to the infamous Playboy mansion. The selling price was $18 million, which had been lowered from the original listing price of $27,995,000 in March.

The mansion comes with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a perfect view of the Playboy mansion next door.

A rumor recently surfaced saying Hugh Hefner wanted Holly Madison back, and back in the mansion. Hugh says he’s moved on from Holly Madison, and quotes in a recent Los Angeles Confidential article in which he talks about wanting her to move back into the Playboy mansion were taken out of context.

"I have no idea where these crazy stories come from," the Playboy mogul tells Usmagazine.com in a statement. "The idea that I’m pining over former girlfriend Holly Madison and would ’welcome her back with open arms’ is pure fiction. It was invented by someone to create publicity.

"I’m in love with Crystal Harris and wouldn’t trade her or the Shannon Twins for anyone in the past," he continues.

Hef split from Madison last October after seven years of dating. He called her "the love of his life" in the magazine.

"Holly will always be welcome here at the mansion, but not as a girlfriend," Hef says. "I think she’s happy now, and I know I am."

Words get twisted, and intentions gets misconstrued, but actions reveal the truth. Holly hasn’t moved back in.

Hugh Hefner (83) is reportedly looking fraile, old, and sick. Fox News reports:

The 83-year-old made a brief appearance at the Annual Kandyland Masquerade Ball at the iconic Mansion on Saturday night, but we’re told by numerous Playboy party regulars that while he appeared in good spirits, Hefner looked far from his normally alert and healthy self.

"He looked so old, like he had aged 10 years in the last month and was barely moving," said an insider, adding that Hef’s new number one Crystal held his hand and assisted him as she "slowly shuffled" along while his other lovers (the 19-year-old Shannon twins) marched ahead of the bunny brigade and reveled in the limelight.

"I have some aches and pains and I have had lower back problems since the ’80s," Hefner told Tarts last year. "Too much time in bed rustling around with friends."

Hefner’s rep denied any health problems, telling Tarts that "Hef is perfectly fine.

Hugh’s age is catching up to him, but he still looks great. It will be a sad day when Hugh passes.

Hugh Hefner’s new twin sister girlfriends, Kristina Shannon and Karissa Shannon, were spotted at a medical cannabis store.

We assume the twins weren’t buying allergy medication, or birth control pills. Then again, maybe Hef has a medical condition we don’t know about yet.

Hugh Hefner already has twin girlfriend replacements Karissa Shannon and Kristina Shannon, but now he’s added another blonde. The new girlfriend is 22 year-old Crystal Harris. From her MySpace page she sounds like a bit of a romantic, which is exactly Hef’s type.

Kendra Wilkinson chimed in on Hef’s new girl saying:

"Hef will always be Hef. You can never change him. Hef will keep going on. He’ll keep loving women, keep loving the big boobs and blondes."

Indeed he will.
