Guy Ritchie is rumored to now be dating millionaire heiress Jemima Khan (33). Khan is the socialite daughter of Lady Annabel Goldsmith, and the late financier Sir James Goldsmith. Khan was previously married to a Pakistani cricket player Imran Khan, and they had two sons, who now 12 and 9. The former couple divorce in 2004, after which she dated Hugh Grant.

Ritchie and Khan attended a London dinner party together at the home of Matthew Freud, and his wife, Elisabeth Murdoch, daughter of Rupert Murdoch. Hopefully Khan has more class than Madonna.

Hugh Grant accepted undisclosed damages Friday from a British newspaper publisher over claims about his relationships with former girlfriends Jemima Khan and Elizabeth Hurley.

The 46-year-old actor sued Associated Newspapers, publisher of the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday, over stories published in February.

One story alleged that his relationship with Khan was destroyed by a flirtation with a film executive. Another claimed Grant would attend Hurley’s wedding to businessman Arun Nayar and had sponsored a chimpanzee at a British zoo as a gift. A third said he resented having to do publicity for his films.

Grant’s lawyer, Simon Smith, said "all of the above allegations and factual assertions are false."

Grant wasn’t at London’s High Court for the ruling. Smith said the actor would give the money to a cancer charity.

In a statement, Grant said he had taken legal action because he was tired of the newspapers "publishing almost entirely fictional articles about my private life for their own financial gain."

"I’m also hoping that this statement in court might remind people that the so-called `close friends’ or `close sources’ on which these stories claim to be based almost never exist," he said.

Associated Newspapers apologized to Grant and agreed to pay his legal costs.

The ruling is Grant’s second legal encounter this week. On Wednesday, he was detained by police over allegations that he threw a container of baked beans at a photographer.

Grant was arrested on suspicion of assault and released on bail. He has not been charged.

Hugh Grant has been arrested for allegedly throwing a container of baked beans at a photographer, London police said.

The Metropolitan Police don’t identify suspects who haven’t been charged, but said a 46-year-old man was arrested Wednesday night on suspicion of assault and released on bail. Police did not confirm that it was Grant, 46, that had been arrested, but did say that a 46-year-old man had been arrested and made bail, and that he would be returning to a police station next month. No charges have been filed, police said.

Photographer Ian Whittaker told the Daily Star tabloid that Grant had kicked him and shouted abuse before hurling the beans at him Tuesday morning. Whittaker also claims that Grant asked him whether he had kids, and when he answered in the affirmative, said, "I hope they die of f__king cancer." Grant denies having said that.
