Larry Birkhead says Rita Cosby has put together a book of lies based on an "axe grinders club." Larry says he and Howard K Stern are going to sue Cosby. Miss Cosby says she never saw the video mentioned in her book that allegedly shows Larry and Howard having homo sex. Cosby says she knows people who know other people who have seen the video. Wow that sounds so credible. Was Cosby working for the CIA when they said there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? Larry denied Cosby’s claims:

"It’s totally false and defamatory," Birkhead said. "This book is fueled by Internet gossip and tabloid reports. She never once tried to contact me or Howard to see if any of these things were true."

Stern said Tuesday he plans to "file and aggressively pursue a libel case" against Cosby and her publishers, through his attorney, L. Lin Wood. "This is going to be one of the most expensive lawsuit settlements in book-publishing history," Birkhead told The Associated Press Tuesday.

When L. Lin Wood get’s done with Rita Cosby her butt hole is gonna look like a port hole on a ship.

OK! Magazine was set to publish pictures they took of Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn recently for her 1 year birthday, and now they won’t run the photos. I guess that means they won’t pay him for the pictures. The same thing happened recently with a Britney photoshoot where OK! accused Britney of stealing clothes, and wiping up dog poo with a dress. They didn’t pay her either. Here’s more:

Stern and baby Danielynn, prompting the magazine to cancel our exclusive coverage of Danielynn’s first birthday party. OK! has been with Daniellynn since birth — bringing to the world her first meeting with her biological father and first Father’s Day. In keeping with that tradition, we very much looked forward to showing you her first birthday. However, the newly-obtained allegations are detailed, shocking and potentially incriminating. Furthermore, it makes it impossible for OK!, in good conscience, to promote this family’s highly questionable relationship in our pages. Next week’s issue of OK! will bring all of the unfortunate, relevant details to light.”

“It breaks my heart that OK! has to pull out of a shoot that would have chronicled the next great chapter of Dannielynn’s life. That sort of celebration is what the magazine enjoys most. But first and foremost, we — and I — care dearly about the well-being of the young one, and my moral obligation lies with her. So, it’s unfortunate, but at the moment, my biggest fear is that Larry and Howard may have tricked us all.”

In order to believe a gossip tabloid would act "in good conscience," you’d also have to believe that politicians don’t lie.

We all knew it would happen soon. He had to strike while the notoriety iron was hot.

According to Broadcasting and Cable Magazine, dramatic, camera-loving judge Larry Seidlin is expected to be taping a pilot or "sales presentation" in L.A. next week.

His antics during the Anna Nicole Smith craziness put him on the map and he recently announced intentions to retire and pursue other interests.

A show featuring the emotional jurist is planned for 2008.

Judge Larry Seidlin has some ’spaining to do. A maintenance worker at his condo complex allegedly discovered an empty envelope marked "X-Rays" that was addressed to Anna Nicole Smith. The envelope turned up in late March, about a month after the judge ruled in the Smith case.

While Judge Seidlin denies any knowledge of how the envelope ended up in his trash, it clearly didn’t get there by itself. Either he’s hiding something or someone else is up to no good.

The envelope’s sender was plastic surgeon, Dr. Robert Kellum, and it was sent to a Hollywood P.O. Box in care of Howard K. Stern.

Of course, Smith’s death has been surrounded by controversy from the start. Why should anything change even months after she was laid to rest?
