At this time Katherine Jackson, the mother of Michael Jackson, is looking after Michael’s three children. Two of those children, Prince Michael (12) and Paris (11), may go to their biological mother Debbie Rowe. It was originally reported that Rowe lost her parental rights in a custody fight with Michael back in 2005, but it turns out that report was not accurate.

Debbie Rowe, the mother of Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11, is their legal parent and can gain custody of them if she chooses, according to Rowe’s former attorney, Iris Finsilver. The question remains if Rowe will take the children, or if Katherine will keep them.

Retired Judge Stephen Lachs, who presided over the hearing, at first agreed to terminate them, but then Lachs changed his mind and returned the rights to her.

"She lost them, and then she got them back," Finsilver says. Finsilver said she spoke to Rowe on Thursday but she cannot say what Rowe plans to do. "She was inconsolable."

Jackson family attorney Brian Oxman says Jackson’s mother, the family matriarch, would be a natural guardian for the kids, though it won’t be her decision. Oxman said:

"Katherine is the logical choice, she has all the grandkids and nieces around her but it will be up to the courts. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more proceedings regarding the children."

Blanket (7) may stay with Katherine. Blanket’s surrogate mother has not been identified.

At all music selling sites, such as Amazon, iTunes, etc., music by Michael Jackson is selling like crazy.

At Amazon Michael’s albums took over the top 15 spots.

At iTunes Michael’s albums took over seven out of the top ten spots.

In past years Michael’s biggest asset was the Beatles catalog of music. Now it looks like his own catalog of music will become a huge asset, which creditors will likely want a piece of.

The question now is how much of Michael’s estate will be left for his children. Even if nothing was left from Michael the children will still have book, and other offers that will keep them rich for life.

There is also news today that there are over 100 unreleased Michael Jackson songs in a vault which could hit the market, and have an unknown value.

Audrina Patridge made a Carl’s Jr. commercial showcasing how she looks in a bikini. The message these ads are sending is that eating burgers loaded with saturated fat will make you look sexy. It’s not true, but you already knew that. It’s easy to forget how fat burgers can make a person when they are looking at a girl in a bikini.

Audrina probably stuck her finger down her throat to get rid of that burger between takes, if she even swallowed.

Nick Jonas gave an amazing statement to the Senate Homeland and Government Affairs Committee. Nick says his song A Little Bit Longer was written about diabetes. Nick also said when he was first diagnosed he had suddenly lost 15 pounds, was thirsty and cranky, and had a blood sugar of 790 when he went to the doctor. We are lucky Nick is still with us, because a blood sugar of 790 could have caused him to lapse into a diabetic coma.

We applaud Nick for always speaking out to help raise money and awareness, so that some day soon a cure can be found for diabetes.

Perez Hilton has sort of apologized twice in the last week since he got punched, but with this new apology his words mean nothing. Perez says "sorry" but there is no meaning, since sorry if followed by more bitterness, blame, and attention seeking as he continues to excuse his behavior by pretending he was the victim, when in fact he was the aggressor, and even said he intentionally tried to provoke a violent response, which he got.

The statement made late last night does point out his hatred for GLAAD, whom Perez worked for because he believed in their cause. In fact Perez continued to support GLAAD right up until they demanded an apology from him for using the word "faggot" against a straight man. Perez especially supported GLAAd while they helped him get Isaiah Washington fired from Grey’s Anatomy for using the word "faggot" in a casual way with someone who was straight.

The most significant part of Perez’s statement is his admission that he wrongly accused and labeled Isaiah Washington as a homophobe, of course it’s too late now that Isaiah has been black listed in Hollywood thanks to Perez.

Perez’s statement reflects the start of his realization that his behavior got him punched, and the world is happy to see it so that he might start to change his bad behavior. Instead, Perez continues to be angry and hateful, and is looking for ways to blame others, and pretend he is a victim to avoid taking responsibility for his actions.

A real apology comes with the admission that a person’s behavior was wrong, which indicates they are taking responsibility for their actions, and a statement that describes how he made the other person feel which caused them to lash out and punch him, which is empathy for the victim, and Perez is not the victim in this case. Perez suffers, in my opinion, from several borderline personality disorders, Perez appears to be narcissistic, histrionic, and appears to use projection when blaming others.

The lawsuit against Polo Molina should be dropped, and so should the charges, unless Perez can bring forward witnesses. Even at the time Perez didn’t know who hit him, and he falsely accused both Will.i.am, and Will.i.am’s bodyguards. We just can’t trust someone who keeps changing their story to fit their current need to vent their anger as Perez does every minute of the day.

Perez has not learned his lesson, and his apology rings hollow. Perez really needs to get some anger management, and domestic violence counseling, or more to understand his behavior, and how it affects others.

GLAAD issued the following statement in response to Perez’s non-apology apology:

"Perez Hilton’s acknowledgement that words can hurt is an important step in the right direction, and while his change of tone is welcome, he still seems to be justifying the use of the slurs," said GLAAD spokesman Rashad Robinson.

"A statement that stops short of apologizing for and disavowing the use of that slur doesn’t get us where we need to be—these are vulgar anti gay slurs that feed a climate of hatred and intolerance that continues to put our community in harm’s way. When someone from our community uses a far-reaching media platform to promote these kinds of slurs, it sends a message that it’s OK to use these dehumanizing words."

The gay rights organization then called on Hilton to cease and desist from using such "demeaning and defamatory language" against any group on his website.

Perez expressed his hatred for GLAAD, and anger they didn’t overlook his use of the word "faggot." It seems Perez is redirecting his anger from Will.i.am to his new target which is GLAAD. Perez is always angry at someone or something.

Perez is an immature brat who is angry at the world, and unhappy because of it. Despite any success Perez has had, he has no real friends, because no one really likes him. In Los Angeles most friendships are superficial, because people use each other all the time, and it’s only in Los Angeles that Perez can even manage fake relationships. If Perez’s blog were ever shut down he could be found in some shabby one-room apartment drowning his sorrows in food and drugs, until he runs out of money. Even at his lowest lows, Perez would have someone to blame other than himself.

Perez needs to go away for awhile until he figures out what sorry really means.
