Hilary Swank is recovering after a minor medical procedure at the hospital, her manager Jason Weinberg said. Jason says Hilary was

“experiencing some discomfort and went to see her doctor, who prescribed an immediate course of action that included a brief hospitalization to remove a small, benign growth."

"Her condition has been resolved and there are no continuing health issues, with the exception of some short-term rest and recuperation."

I wonder if this was ovarian related. Get well soon Hilary.

Gerard Butler, Hilary Swank, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan took turns grabbing each other’s butts at the P.S. I Love You Premiere on Sunday night. Regarding the butt play Butler said:

"Jeffrey Dean Morgan rubbing my a$$, yeah that’s about as good as it gets!"

When the stars grabbing each other’s butts gets more attention than the movie it could mean the movie wasn’t too great. What do you think?

Hilary Swank is on vacation with boyfriend John Campisi in Italy’s Lake Como on Saturday. From the looks of this picture Campisi has a woody for Swank.

Chad Lowe is seeing producer Kim Painter, his rep confirms.

"They are dating," Lowe’s publicist, Cindy Guagenti, says. Lowe, 39, split last year from wife Hilary Swank.

Lowe and Painter were spotted together at the Nov. 15 L.A. premiere of Carrie Fisher’s one-woman show, Wishful Drinking, which Painter co-produced.

Since then, they’ve been making appearances all over Los Angeles, including a recent trip to Mr. Chow for dinner with Lowe’s family.

And after the Golden Globes, they chatted and smooched at the InStyle/Warner Bros. party, and later, while waiting at the valet stand, Lowe introduced Painter to friends including Emilio Estevez, Seal and Heidi Klum. Painter grumbled about the cold and Lowe gave her a snuggle to keep her warm.

Romance isn’t the only thing going well in Lowe’s life: On Jan. 29, the actor-director, who helmed last year’s Beautiful Ohio, will make his debut as Deputy Chief of Staff Reed Pollock on FOX’s 24.
