Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag viscously attacked Al Roker after he gave them some honest criticism. The couple appeared on The Insider last evening, and got a couple of ears full of angry responses from the panel, as Spencer even attacked them.

At the end of it Montag tried to turn the interview positive, and Spencer tweeted an apology to Roker for all the mean tweets he had posted up until now. Pratt is lucky he married a woman who wants to make him into a better person.

Okay, so now that Pratt has capitalized on being a villain, he can capitalize on doing some personality rehab to make himself into a more positive person just in time for the Holidays.

Stephanie Pratt was at a birthday party for Holly Montag on Saturday evening, but when she left the party in her car she was pulled over and arrested for DUI at 3:45 am in Hollywood. Cops saw Stephanie get into her car drunk and begin driving.

There were a lot of people around at the time of Stephanie’s arrest, and some took pictures, while other people got mad and started fighting the people taking pictures, but only Stephanie was arrested.

It must be true that alcohol decreases good judgment, because drunk people always seem to do stupid things right in front of the cops like stumbling into their car, and driving away.

Anderson Cooper didn’t rip Heidi Montag for her embarrassing Miss Universe performance, but he didn’t exactly compliment it either.

We think Cooper wanted to say a lot more. We wish he would have said what was really on his mind.

Heidi Montag thought she gave an incredible performance last night on Miss Universe, when in fact is was horrible. Montag tweeted on Twitter:

"last night was one of the best nights of my life!!!! i had so much fun! my first performance! thank you God!"

Delusional.

Access Hollywood asked “What do you think this performance Sunday night will do for your career?,” and Montag said:

“I grew up watching Britney Spears. That’s someone I inspire to be, you know, like, career wise. I think the world is ready for the next pop star and I’m ready to be the next pop galaxy, so here we go.”

The world is ready for the next pop star, but it’s not you, and besides there are already a lot of female pop stars, but few as big as Britney once was, and you Heidi will never be. Get help.

Heidi Montag lip synched a song called Body Language at the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant at Atlantis on Paradise Island in the Bahamas on Sunday night.

The song sounded okay, but Montag couldn’t seem to keep her lips in synch with the song, nor her body movements in synch with the dancers behind her.

Britney Spears gave a better performance at the MTV VMAs in 2002.

Although some people would be embarassed, Montag lives in her own little world where the spotlight doesn’t let her see the crowd laughing and pointing.
