Heather Mills, pictured above pouring water over the head of Paul’s attorney, was criticized by the judge in her divorce case when he said her expense demands were "unreasonable, indeed exorbitant."

In court documents that Heather didn’t want anyone to see, she did indeed make some unreasonable requests, which included:

  • Mills claimed for seven fully staffed properties with full-time housekeepers in the annual sum of $1.29 million.
  • Annual holiday costs of $1 million including private and helicopter flights of $375,000.
  • $250,000 for clothes per year.
  • $60,000 for equestrian activities annually. The judge noted she no longer rides horses.
  • $80,000 for wine a year. The judge pointed out she does not drink alcohol.
  • $86,000 for a driver a year.
  • $40,000 for a carer (baby sitter?) and $380,000 for professional fees p.a.
  • $1.08 million a year for security.
  • $1.25 million annually to give as charitable donations, but Mills admitted $985,000 would be used for en route in helicopters, first class and private jets.
  • $146,000 for the cost of business staff and $80,000 for helicopter hospital flights a year.

Despite Heather’s claims she would donate most of her wealth from the divorce, she is only giving away $265,000 per year. Why? Because she’s a liar and a gold digger.

Heather Mills Slammed by Divorce Judge

heather mills slammed Heather Mills Slammed by Divorce Judge

A day after Heather Mills accused the court of making her look bad, the judge in the divorce case, Hugh Bennett said regarding Mills’ claim that she deserved $250 million, "it was and is unreasonable, indeed exorbitant." He also said Mills’ evidence was "not just inconsistent and inaccurate but also less than candid. Overall she was a less than impressive witness." The judge is calling Mills a liar, but doing it like a gentleman. Mills is lucky she won even the $48.6 million.

Mills criticized Paul McCartney’s attorney Fiona Shackleton, who represented Prince Charles in his divorce from Princess Diana.

"She has called me many, many names before even meeting me when I was in a wheelchair," said Mills, whose own legal team, in an ironic twist, was led by Princess Diana’s divorce lawyer until she fired them in November.

Mills dumped a glass of water over Shackleton’s head during court. When asked what happened Mills told reporters Shackleton had been "baptized in court." The before and after picture of Shackleton is below. First fluffy hair, then wet and combed back. A witness said:

"Heather was so angry, she tipped a glass of water over Fiona Shackleton’s head, leaving her with soaking wet hair. Everyone was stunned. That kind of behavior is just not acceptable."

Mills doesn’t want anyone to know what she said and did during court, claiming the court is trying to make her look bad. Mills’ own words and actions already do that well enough.

Now that Heather has some money in her pocket she has hired Gloria Allred to represent her in the States. It appears Gloria was mostly hired to help Heather defend against the expected criticism she will receive for being crazy. Heather may move to the United States. This would be a good time to cancel her visa, and take her passport away.

Click here to read the wild accusations Heather made during the trial that she didn’t want you to see or read. Heather did some terrible things to try to get more money out of Paul, and now she doesn’t want you to know about those things, but we do, and Heather has to face the reality she created for herself.

Heather Mills Gets Her Money

heather mills Heather Mills Gets Her Money

Heather Mills was awarded $48.6 million of Paul McCartney’s billion dollar fortune Monday. A document released by the Family Court said the judge awarded Mills a lump sum of $33 million plus the assets she currently holds worth $15.6 million. Mills told reporters at the closed hearing:

"I’m so, so happy with this."

"It was an incredible result in the end to secure mine and my daughter’s future and that of all the charities that I obviously plan on helping and making a difference with — because you know it has been my life for 20 years."

"Obviously the court do not want a litigant in person to do well, it’s against everything that they ever wish, so when they write the judgment up they’re never going to make it look in favor."

"But all of you that have researched know that it was always going to be a figure between 20 and 30 million (pounds), Paul was offering a lot less than that, which you’ll see in the judgment, and very much last minute to put me and Beatrice sadly through this … incredibly sad."

Heather will always fancy herself a victim. She had better spend her money wisely, because it’s all she’s going to get now. I’d like to see her donate all of it to charity like she always claims she would do if she won a lot of money, but she won’t because she’s a fake.

The court also ruled that the couple’s 4-year-old daughter Beatrice should receive a "periodical payments order" of $70,000 per annum. On top of that, McCartney will pay for the child’s nanny and school fees.

Mills had sought almost $250 million, while McCartney had said she should receive $31.6 million.

Paul made no comment to reporters as he left. Maybe now he can have some peace. There was no word on if the court ordered Mills to keep her big mouth shut when it comes to writing a book about the marriage. Notice in the interview below how much Heather loves the media attention, even though she said she hated the media when they were shining a negative light on her.

Heather Mills Rejects Paul McCartney Divorce Offer

paul and heather no settlement Heather Mills Rejects Paul McCartney Divorce Offer

Heather Mills took the weekend to review the $100 million offer Paul McCartney made last week to finalize the divorce. As I said last week, Heather probably would reject the offer because it includes a non-disclosure agreement in regards to the couple’s marriage. A judge will now decide what Heather will or won’t get. With Heather representing herself pro se, my hope is that Paul will set aside his big heart, and treat Heather as the gold digger she is.

Heather Mills Gets Huge Settlement from Paul McCartney

paul mccartney and heather mills settlement Heather Mills Gets Huge Settlement from Paul McCartney

Sir Paul McCartney (65) did not take advantage of the fact Heather Mills is no longer being represented by an attorney. True to his kind and generous character Paul outlined a settlement which would pay Heather over $100 million dollars (55 million pounds), which includes a lump sum at the start, and anual payments until their daughter Beatrice reaches 18 years-old. Paul will also provide security. Heather had to agree to a gag order, otherwise known as a nondisclosure agreement. In other words, Heather has to keep her big mouth shut regarding private details about the marriage. In my opinion, Paul has nothing to hide, but he is concerned about Heather’s active imagination, and need for attention.

The settlement will reportedly become official on Monday in London superior courts, that is if Heather agrees. Heather has no attorney, and says she needs time to read everything over.

I’ve got my fingers crossed that she says no to the non-disclosure agreement, and Paul then drops the hammer on her. This whole time Heather has said she didn’t want any of Paul’s money, was all just another lie. This is the best money Heather has ever been paid for spreading her one leg, and at 40 year-old, it’s also the last time.
