Halle Berry will turn 40 years old on August 14, and she is constantly reminded she isn’t a mother yet, which annoys her. Perhaps she did this sexy Esquire Magazine photo-shoot to remind all those naggers that she’s still hot and sexy. Halle Berry has an Emmy, a Golden Globe and an Oscar. Now she has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A teary-eyed Berry received the 2,333rd Walk of Fame star in a ceremony Tuesday in front of the Kodak Theatre.

"I am so emotional … as soon as I saw the crowds of people and friends here, I started to cry," she said.

Berry won the best actress Academy Award in 2001 for her role alongside Billy Bob Thornton in Monster’s Ball. She won an Emmy and a Golden Globe for her title role in Introducing Dorothy Dandridge.

Berry (40) co-stars with Bruce Willis in the upcoming film, Perfect Stranger, which opens April 13.

Halle Berry said, "I was sitting in my car, and I knew the gas was coming when I had an image of my mother finding me. She sacrificed so much for her children, and to end my life would be an incredibly selfish thing to do. It was all about a relationship. My sense of worth was so low. I promised myself I would never be a coward again."

"I will never, never get married again," Berry also said recently.

It all makes sense. The emotional pain from a failed relationship, especially a marriage, is almost too much for Berry to handle. I’m surprised she’s dating at all.

She’s so successful and beautiful, and yet so emotionally insecure.
