It’s official, Gwyneth Paltrow has given birth to baby Moses.  Happy Easter and all that.  Gwyneth looks beautiful and radiant, and so much better than Katie Holmes as a mom.

I’m sure Katie will get better, and when she does I’ll have the pics.

Congrats Gwyneth.

Gwyneth Paltrow gave birth to baby #2. This is her second child with Coldplay singer Chris Martin. Their first baby was named Apple, no not after the company that makes Ipods, the baby was named after the fruit. After a lot of criticism to the hippie name Apple, Paltrow went on Oprah Winfrey’s show to defend the choice.

“It conjured such a lovely picture for me — you know, apples are so sweet and they’re wholesome and it’s biblical — and I just thought it sounded so lovely and clean,” Paltrow told Winfrey.

Yes, well, you know Gwyneth, it might be good to consider how the child will feel about the other kids poking fun. FYI Gwyneth, an Apple is what Eve ate that led to sin and the end of innocence.

The choice of Moses may have more to do with a popular song of the same name from Coldplay’s Live 2003 album, rather than a biblical reference like Apple.
