Gwyneth Paltrow, 33, returns to Hollywood with a role in October’s Running With Scissors and plenty to say in the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar (due out August 22).

Losing baby weight: “I’ve got the appetite of a breastfeeding mother,” jokes Paltrow, who is still trying to shed the last 20 of 40 pounds she gained with son Moses, 4, months. Her secret? “A lot of working out.”

Shiloh who? Paltrow was unaware that ex-fiancé Brad Pitt, 42, and Angelina Jolie, 31, sold their baby pics. “I’m sure they gave all the money to charity, didn’t they?” she asks. “Well, then, fantastic.”

Her style icon: The Oscar-winning actress calls Nicole Richie, 24, “an excellent dresser” and “super-cute.”

Rumor has it that Gwyneth Paltrow is considering surgery to help fix her post-baby figure. Paltrow hasn’t worked since giving birth four months ago to son Moses, and despite yogo, and eating right, she hasn’t been able to get rid of her baby fat.

Paltrow told an old friend: “My stomach is rippling, my breasts don’t feel good. I’ve been trying to work out. I want to do something about it.” Paltrow’s pal recommended post-pregnancy surgery that helped her to lose 24 inches from all over her body.

Paltrow asked: “Can you get that in New York?”

Her friend replied “Sure. And you wouldn’t get hassled about it in New York.”
