Golden Globe Awards Cancelled

The Golden Globe Awards has been officially cancelled. This announcement came as the Golden Globes wanted the show to go on despite the Writers strike, but the actors wouldn’t cross the picket line. The actors might as well have said, "The Writers strike took the words out of my mouth."
Rumer Willis is Miss Golden Globe

Rumer Willis has been chosen to be the 2008 Miss Golden Globe. Bruce Willis and Demi Moore must be proud. HFPA says:
We are delighted to have Rumer Willis join us to celebrate ’The 65th Annual Golden Globe Awards. Since both of her parents have enjoyed successful entertainment careers in the acting profession, she is doubly qualified to serve as Miss Golden Globe.
