George Clooney is returning to the show that made him a star … E.R.

Clooney is shooting his scenes today and tomorrow for the final E.R. episode that will air Thursday, April 2.

George Clooney (47) glued on a Clark Gable mustache for a Martini commercial in which he races actress Shannyn Sossamon for a drink refill. When she hands him a glass, he dramatically gasps, "Bellissimo!"

It’s funny, and filled with good will to get your fellow man drunker than you are. Maybe she’ll drive him home when he’s good and liquored up.

Clooney has been the face for Martini since 2004.

George Clooney is back in Italy forgetting about Sarah Larson.

A report says that George Clooney broke up with Sarah Larson after she got a breast lift early last month. The pic above compares Larson in March and then May. A source said:

"George really didn’t want her to get the boob job. She asked George if she could do her recovery at his house and he agreed."

It seems obvious now that George broke up with Larson, because she was letting the fame go to her head, and he knew then she was only after his money sack. Larson gave herself away when she said:

"She likes her new body so much that she would consider posing for Playboy. Now that she’s famous, she’d never go back to cocktailing."

She is in Las Vegas though, and was seen snuggling another man. Was that just business? She’s great at providing guys with a girlfriend experience. Playboy is too smart to put Larson in their magazine. They prefer higher class sluts.

Sarah Larson has a friend that says she is heart broken that George Clooney dumped her, but she was just spotted in Las Vegas partying, and getting very cozy with another guy. Her friend said:

“She thought they were getting married. Instead, she got dumped. She’s really upset. Devastated.”

Less than a month ago, the couple were in New York celebrating the actor’s 47th birthday. They were taking it slow, but they were planning to eventually wed, they told friends at the time.

“She’s totally heartbroken and doesn’t deserve this,” a friend said. “It came out of nowhere. They had made all these plans.”

Adding insult to injury, friends say, is this month’s issue of Harper’s Bazaar, which features Larson posed on a motorcycle, clad in Dolce & Gabbana.

The headline reads: “It Girl: Sarah Larson. Don’t hate her because she’s beautiful, fearless … and dates George Clooney.”

Even more painful: In the accompanying interview, Larson gushes about the love of her life, George Clooney.

He’s been married once, for four years to actress Talia Balsam. Ever since their split in 1993, Clooney has sworn he’ll never remarry.

Get over it, and find yourself another sugar daddy. That shouldn’t be too hard in Las Vegas.
