Fergie has become the first singer to use product placement and is being paid a ridiculous $4 million by Candie’s to promote their clothing line in her songs. An executive at Interscope says:

"With record sales in decline, you must find novel ways to make money out of the music. The trick is to make the brand part of the song so that it slips down easily rather than chokes the fan. Candie’s will have no say over exactly what Fergie will sing, or when. Fergie does not sing jingles so it will have to work unobtrusively in the song."

Whoever thought of this plan will be looking for work very soon.

Meth is a crazy drug. And it makes crazy people do even crazier things. Pop sex kitten Fergie has opened up about her "former" meth habit in the new Self magazine, and her stories are simply awesome. She confessed that during one particularly bad trip she ended up talking to a clothes hamper for eight straight hours.

"I remember thinking somebody was inside of it, going to come and get me, so I was talking to the person who was crawling in the hamper."

Fergie performed a Dolly Parton with Charlotte Church, and it was really good. Remember when Jessica Simpson tried to perform a Dolly Parton song in front of Dolly, and totally blew the performance and quit less than half way through it?

The Black Eyed Peas’ Fergie is still mortified by the notorious 2005 incident which saw her accidentally urinate on stage. She says, "We had to rush onstage before I had the chance to go to the restroom. It was a very embarrassing night for me."

The star, real name Stacy Ann Ferguson, confessed to her embarrassment on British TV series The Dame Edna Show, and blamed the incident during a performance San Diego’s Street Scene festival in California on a lack of toilet-going opportunities.

Black Eyed Peas star Fergie has been banned from boarding a flight after being branded "too drunk to travel".

The singer, real name Stacy Ferguson, was due to fly from Los Angeles to the UK with band mates Will.I.AM, Apl.DE.AP and Taboo, but was forbidden to board the plane because of her drunken state.

An onlooker tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "She was falling all over the place and had to be supported. She was in no state to fly.

"But when she was prevented from boarding she couldn’t believe it. She was drunkenly ranting at staff but could barely string a sentence together. It was very embarrassing."

Ferguson delayed the flight for an hour while her luggage was removed, but her three band mates remained on board the plane bound for London.

A spokesperson for airline Virgin Atlantic says, "We can confirm a female passenger was denied from boarding as she appeared intoxicated and was therefore unsuitable for travel."

Her band mates are probably sick of her drunkenness, so they left her butt at the airport.
