Ali Lohan Follows in LiLo’s Footsteps With a Recent Car Accident

The Spears Family has had a good run in the train wreck race in recent weeks, but the Lohan’s have just taken the lead…by one car accident. In Touch Weekly has just gotten word that Lindsay’s kid sister, Ali, was involved in a car accident on Friday night.

More trouble for Lindsay Lohanâ€™s family, her 13-year-old sister, Ali, has been involved in a traffic accident after allegedly sneaking out of the family house.

She was in a car that crashed on Friday night, family insiders say. Nassau County police will not give any official details of the accident.

â€œWe donâ€™t normally comment on traffic accidents unless there is a death or serious injury,â€ Lt. Kevin Smith tells In Touch.

The accident, in which two people were slightly injured happed at 7:20 p.m. on Friday, close to the Lohan family home in Merrick, on New Yorkâ€™s Long Island.

â€œAli had snuck out of the house to be with her friend, a 16-year-old boy who has a learnerâ€™s permit. He had taken the car without his motherâ€™s permission,â€ says the insider. â€œLuckily, she was not hurt.â€

When people get repeated DUI’s, they are forced to blow into a breathalyzer to get their cars to go. There should be a new law that when a Lohan gets within ten feet of a car, an alarm at the Pentagon goes off and high powered missiles are fired at the offending Lohan.

Kate Hudson Has Wasted No Time in Moving On From Owen Wilson

The bright, young and lovely Kate Hudson will not be held down. You won’t find her drowning her sorrows or cocooning with an industrial-size vat of ice cream and a Yoo-hoo chaser. Or even a Vicodin nightcap.

No! Beautiful Kate puts on a bikini, gets right back on the hot-famous-guy horse (or his-and-hers bikes) and tries, tries again.

And, good for her. Dax Shepard, her latest squeeze, is pretty hot. Maybe even hotter than Owen Wilson, though the Butterscotch Stallion has his own…er…unique charm.

She was recently seen frolicking with Shepard near her family’s vacation home and has apparently introduced him to the ’rents and to her daughter…we mean, son, Ryder. So, it could be an actual "relationship."

To think that for all those years while she was with the scraggly and rarely showered Chris Robinson, we really thought she liked her men on the homely side.

Way to surprise us, Kate!

Ali Lohan Finds Mom and Lindsay To Be “Insperations”

24/Sizzler’s David Caplan received the following email from Lindsay Lohan’s 13-year-old sister, Ali:

Hi david this is ali lohan, i want everybody to know the truth out there. My mom is a single mom of four children she has always been there for us, she was my mother and father and still is. My father is telling all lies to people and saying he was such a great dad and was always there for us, my father was never there for us, My mom was always there souporting us. i think that the whole reason why my sister is upset with her self and not as cofident, is because of my dad not being around, and always staying out late and not coming home for days, he would come back home never himself, he was always was making excuses for his bad behavior . And would always blame my mother. He just wants everybody in the world knowing that he was a great dad. He wasnt that is all a lie. I just want my sister to stick throught this okay, and my mother and brothers and i are there for my sister 100% and have always been. Iâ€™ve wanted to say this for so long and get this out there and let everyone know that our family is like a normal family but of course we are put under a microscope because of lindsays fame, lindsay will be fine she is just going through a rough time right now but she will be fine. i know this for a fact. My sisters is just like a normal sister. her and I have so much in common. My mother and sister are huge insperations to me, they have made it through so much in there lives. Picking on people is my favorite thing to do and yet I’m somewhat at a loss for where to begin with this one. Am I too mean for making fun of a 13-year-old? Nahhh, she’s a Lohan. With all of the drugs and alcohol, they actually go by dog years, which means Ali is actually 91. What speaks to me most is not the fact that she doesn’t know how to spell, but rather that she didn’t take the time to press spell-check. As I’m typing this, the spell-check in our software is lighting up all the errors like a firecrotch on a clear night. Ali, you’re only ten freckles and an eight-ball away from your "insperational" older sister, so I do get the "so much in common part." Cheers!

The Hilton Legacy Continues…Paris’ Cousin Gets DUI

Apparently it runs in the family. TMZ is reporting that Paris Hilton’s cousin, Brooke Ashley Brinson, got a DUI late last year in a Mercedes registered to Paris herself.

Brinson reportedly blew a 0.15 (yeah, that’s about twice the legal limit) and was only 20 years old to boot. Still, Brinson has some big shoes to fill in the train wreck department. Paris’ train has been careening off the track for a few years now.

Brinson will get her day in court on August 3. We predict there won’t be many reporters camping out front for this verdict.

Catherine Zeta-Jones Wouldn’t Settle for a Childless Life

Catherine Zeta-Jones knew what she wanted out of life and it was more than ostentatious hair treatments. The girl can drive a hard bargain.

When she was dating Michael Douglas, she was firm about her desire for a family. The Mirror reports:

Catherine, 37, said: "I turned to him and asked, ‘Do you really want children?’ I thought for one minute he was going to say, ‘I already have a son, Cameron.’

"I would then have had to say goodbye. I remember saying defiantly, ‘I can’t live without having children’. And he went, ‘Me too’," she added in an interview with Parade magazine.

Perhaps she thought that was her escape clause. Something along the lines of "Sorry, you face-lifted old man, I would love to marry you, but I’m young, gorgeous and I want a beautiful family."

Unfortunately for the glossy-haired Zeta-Jones, the cruel trick of human physiology is that even mummified men can impregnate their wenches and silence the ticking of the biological clock. And some have the ego to want to.

Playing catch with the kiddies? That’s another story.

Where, Oh Where, Has Foxy Brown Gone?

It’s been over a week since anyone has seen troubled rapper Foxy Brown. The controversial rhyme-striss was last spotted June 29 on a flight to London.

Her friends and family are officially worried. So is her lawyer, Jack Sampson:

"We’re all trying to find Foxy."

While this missing celebrity might not be getting as much press as, say, Angelina Jolie would if she vanished, Brown’s absence is more than a little suspicious. Just days before her flight to London, Foxy was the victim of a nasty assault that left her with a broken hearing aid and some torn hair weaves.

Maybe Foxy just needs some time to reflect.

Brad Pitt and Shiloh Meeting Jennifer Aniston for Secret Lunch

Well, if it’s true and if it was a secret…plan foiled.

Of course, all publicists involved deny the existence of any plans even remotely resembling this clandestine reunion/play date for Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, and presumably Shiloh. (Does Shiloh have her own publicist? If not, she should.)

Remember the uproar about Aniston’s last meeting with a member of the Pitt clan?

Yet, Star insists that sources "close to Brad" are reporting many details.

â€œHeâ€™s tried before to meet with Jen, but sheâ€™s said no. This time, she asked his mom, Jane, to come with her and Jane said she would. Jane loves Jen like a daughter and thinks this will be healing for both of them.â€

Interesting tabloid tale. Why now?

Do we believe this? Not necessarily.

Do we believe that Angelina Jolie won’t consider this a threat to her only biological child and immediately commence with the killing?

No we don’t. We don’t believe it at all. She’s already declared war.

So we’re just going to steer clear of the undisclosed dining establishment.

We prefer to live, thank you.

As Britney Spears Prays for Her, Hopeful Mom Lynne Keeps the Faith

According to People, Lynne Spears, despite being on the receiving end of a personally delivered nasty-gram, is confident that it will all work out.

"Everything is going to be fine," she told PEOPLE while shopping in Kentwood, La. "I’ve got a strong family, and everything is going to be fine."

Spears, who was picking up groceries at a local store on Sunday, also said that "hopefully" daughter Britney will make it to a family cookout in their hometown for the Fourth of July holiday.

Britney Spears seems to be on a different page than Mama Spears and doesn’t sound like she’s moving toward any reconciliation.

I’m praying for her right now. [I hope] she gets all the help she needs," [Britney] Spears said.

Whether the two can overcome their differences, she said, "In time, who knows what will happen?" Spears also insinuated that she likely would not go to Kentwood for the holiday, saying, "I don’t know. I like it here."

Stalemate?

Nah…

Lynne knows her daughter. She knows her weaknesses, too.

Don’t be surprised if you read on Thursday that Britney was lured to Lynne’s Independence Day Intervention/BBQ by a trail of Cheetos.

Angelina Jolie Declares “War” on Brad Pitt’s Family

We’d read sketchy reports that Angelina Jolie was peeved that Brad Pitt’s mom had been witnessed visiting Jennifer Aniston, but Life & Style is taking it one step further, calling it a family war.

According to the magazine:

When Angelina Jolie threw Brad Pitt a party for Father’s Day, she was kind enough to invite Brad’s parents. But when his mom, Jane Pitt, left to visit Brad’s ex, Jennifer Aniston, Angie was furious! â€œWhen Jane returned to the party, Angelina froze her out,â€ an insider tells Life & Style in this week’s cover story, â€œand after the party, Angie and Brad had a huge fight about Jen and how sheâ€™s still in Bradâ€™s life.â€

Days later, Doug Pitt, Bradâ€™s brother, added insult to injury when he called Jen "a friend of Brad’s." A Pitt family pal says Angie called Doug to tell him to keep his mouth shut â€” and then called Jane. â€œAngie is the mother of Janeâ€™s grandchild and feels she deserves more respect,â€ says a Pitt family insider. â€œShe told her, â€˜If you continue to disrespect me and carry on like this, then you wonâ€™t see Shiloh.â€™â€

So Angelina’s threatening to withhold visits with the "blob?"

If it’s true, and who knows anymore, it’s a move that would make Britney Spears proud. If Angelina got so mad she tried to file a restraining order against Brad’s family, why, she and Brit-Brit could be BFFs!

Weren’t the Jolie-Pitt’s in Prague for Father’s Day, though? We just can’t keep up with all the globe-trotting.

Wedding Bells and Baby Rumored to be in Nicole Richie’s Near Future

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden may have put plans for a happy little family on the fast track.

TMZ is passing along a rumor that Richie is "shopping around for a wedding dress … asking stylists for help."

E Online is citing an unnamed Richie close friend who confirmed that the star of The Simple Life is, indeed, pregnant.

Terrific timing, too. If she can just find the perfect dress and get this wrapped up before her July 11 trial date, perhaps she’ll petition for spousal conjugal visits.

Maybe Paris Hilton is helping out by scouting Hawaii locales for a quickie, post-clink honeymoon.
