It’s Dirty Sexy Money star Samaire Armstrong who has entered an "outpatient facility" due to "personal issues," but will continue to work on the show. Her rep said Friday:

"Samaire Armstrong decided to enter an outpatient facility to deal with some personal issues in a therapeutic atmosphere and is doing very well. She continues to work on her show and will be completing her treatment in a matter of weeks."

The nature of the personal issues wasn’t revealed. Armstrong (26) also appeared on The O.C. and Entourage.

What is she addicted to? Money, sex, drugs, gossip blogs?

Sean Combs, aka Diddy, can’t be bothered with questions that might provide staff with information they need, to provide him with a table and enough chairs to seat his entourage (gang of thugs). Page Six says:

A witness outside downtown hot spot GoldBar the other night said, "He walked right up to the door girl with four other people in his crew. When she asked him how many people he was with, Diddy just called her a ’f**king b!tch’ and opened the velvet rope and let himself through."

You’d think she asked him something that touched a nerve like, "How much child support are you paying now?" It’s a lot. Anytime people ask Diddy questions concerning math, or numbers, or even letters, he gets very upset and blurts out profanity like b!tch, other times he blurts out expletives like $#%!@#. It’s like a form of Tourette syndrome for math retards, and people with really big egos, but pea sized brains.

Adrian Grenier Shows Paris How to Go Green

Entourage’s Adrian Grenier is doing his part to help America go green, one spoiled celebutard at a time. E! reports:

Paris, who sold her Hollywood Hills mansion last week for $4.25 million, is looking for a new residence in Beverly Hills. And her hottest accessory of the moment, Entourage star Adrian Grenier, is personally overseeing her selection, insiders exclusively tell E! online contributor Tina Dirmann.

"He’s helping her pick out a home she can easily convert in an environmentally friendly living space," Tina’s source reveals. "Adrian has really been teaching Paris a lot about what people can do to live their lives in a more ‘green-friendly’ way, because it’s a cause he’s very involved in. And so far, Paris is listening. She loves learning about the cause from Adrian and wants to become more involved."

Looks like this fledgling romance is more green than red hot! Especially considering a source close to the heiress reveals that while Paris and Adrian have shared a few kisses, "It’s really turned more into a friendship than a relationship. Paris thinks he is smart and respects how he sees celebrity. So, they’ve been hanging out a lot, but the two are more friends than boyfriend-girlfriend."

Adrian has helped Paris understand she can use her celebrity to promote any good cause if she wants to. "He told her, ‘You are the most photographed woman in the world! Think what you could do if you used that attention to bring light to a cause.’ "

And Paris responded. The starlet, who attended an event hosted by ForestEthics earlier this month with Grenier, is telling friends her next home will be as "electricity free" as possible. And she and Adrian are talking about collaborating on a new organization that teaches others how they can "go green" in their own homes.

We’re guessing that if Turtle arrived at her house to show her the ropes of going green, she’d plug his fat head into her environmentally unfriendly outlet. Face it Adrian, the only way Paris is going to go green is by smoking more of the herb.
