Eliot Spitzer on Today Show with Matt Lauer

Matt Lauer did his best to be respect to dirty former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer when he interviewed him on the Today Show this morning.

In his first interview since the scandal, Spitzer, 49, downplayed his involvement with the service, saying he used it "not frequently, not long." The disgraced politician, saying there were "no excuses possible" for his behavior, which he repeatedly called "egregious," also said that he is still frequently asked about important issues.

Even so, he said, "I’ve had flaws," and he has thought about them "deeply," he said, saying he has "tried to address these gremlins." He credits his "spectacular wife," Silda, and their three daughters "who are wonderful" for their understanding after they had to deal with "excruciating pain."

Amazingly, Spitzer was never prosecuted for his crimes, and he is not divorced. I give his wife credit for both lucky breaks.

Eliot Spitzer Busted Again

Eliot Spitzer is in hot legal water once again. A second hooker ring was busted, and Spitzer was once again linked to it. This time he was riding the madam, who looks like a tranny. The New York Post reports:

Disgraced former Gov. Eliot Spitzer has been identified as a long-standing client of a second high-priced call-girl ring, The Post has learned.

The ex-governor regularly patronized Wicked Models, the Manhattan-based operation taken down Tuesday, according to financial documents and other evidence unearthed in a yearlong prostitution in vestigation, law-enforcement sources said.

The revelation comes three weeks after Spitzer was outed as "Client-9" in a separate federal hooker probe involving the New Jersey-based Emperors Club VIP.

At the center of the new ring is Kristin "Billie" Davis, a busty bottle blonde who hails from a ough-and-tumble California trailer park. She has a reputation for hard-partying, shameless self-promotion and a rumored 10,000-name-long client list.

Davis’ alleged multimillion-dollar empire was smashed by city vice cops as she made plans to skip town. Prosecutors say she netted some $2 million last year by pimping out ladies of the night for as much as $1,000 an hour through four Web sites.

They noted she has openly boasted of total earnings of $6 million, and has been in operation since at least 2004.

Davis, 32, pleaded not guilty to money laundering and promoting prostitution in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday and was held on $2-million bail. She faces 15 years in prison if convicted of running the ring, which also allegedly operated the Madison La A’mour and New York Body Miracle agencies.

A source said Davis personally serviced Spitzer.

Although Spitzer, through a spokesman, denied any connection to this latest hooker ring, it’s hard to say if anyone will believe him, especially his wife.

David Paterson is a Joke

David Paterson, the blind black man who became governor of New York after Eliot Spitzer resigned in a hooker scandal, has himself admitted to having several affairs while married. Now Paterson himself has become fodder for jokes. Don’t be surprised to see him as a regular on Saturday Night Live soon. Barack Obama is running on the slogan "Judgment to Lead," and that is causing voters to take a closer look at the judgment of all politicians these days, including Paterson.

Bill Clinton Met with Racist Jeremiah Wright

In an effort to dilute the controversy surrounding Barack Obama’s racist preacher Jeremiah Wright, the Obama campaign released a photo yesterday of Bill Clinton with Wright. The photo was taken September of 1998 at a prayer breakfast at the White House. Controversy has always surrounded Bill Clinton, so this effort by Obama to divert attention away from his racist preacher, has only resulted in Obama covering himself with more dirt and mud. At this point the only thing that could divert attention from Wright, would be news that Obama was having an affair with Eliot Spitzer’s hooker.

Ashley Alexandra Dupre in Girls Gone Wild Video

Ashley Alexandra Dupré (22) made her debut to the world by appearing in a Girls Gone Wild video on her 18th birthday. In case you forgot, Ashley is the hooker, aka Kristen, that cost Eliot Spitzer his career as the Governor of New York, but she has not yet been arrested or charged with a crime. The pictures here are from the video Spring Break 2005: Anything Goes, which will be released soon.

In the meantime, Joe Francis offered Ashley $1 million to sit down and tell her story, and she isn’t even required to take her clothes off. Joe wants to put Ashley’s face on the cover of his new magazine nation wide. That’s a sweet deal.

Update: After Joe Francis discovered GGW already had seven full-length tapes of Ashley in their archives doing everything imaginable, he pulled his $1 million offer off the table. She should have jumped on it while she had the chance. It’s not like she hasn’t before. Ashley Alexandra Dupré, a.k.a the prostitute named Kristen, the high-priced call girl who brought down New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, once appeared in a video by the rapper Mysterious.

In the clip by Mysterious singing Pop Off, the 22-year-old hooker Ashley is seen leaning against various cars and putting a bulletproof vest on one of the video’s stars. Ashley is the one in the dark sunglasses with long hair, that opens the car door.

"She was very professional," the video’s director, Jonathan Ehlers, told Los Angeles TV station KCAL, the Associated Press reports. "Again, she was really warm. She had a great vibe and she was really fun to be around."

When he heard about the prostitution scandal, Ehlers added, "I was shocked. All I could think was, I wondered where she was and I hoped she was all right."

While Eliot fades into obscurity the hooker Ashley has not been arrested, or charged with any crime. Instead she is becoming famous.

Ashley the hooker, is also getting other offers she is suited for. According to a report in the AP, Penthouse and Hustler are already knocking at her door. “We’ve been looking at that very closely. She’s young. She’s pretty. She’s a model,” said Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt. “We would love to do business with her, and we will approach her.”

In addition, the AP reported that Penthouse Magazine Group president and publisher Diane Silberstein said she would, “love to have her in the magazine,” and would consider offering her a cover shoot.

Moonlite Bunny Ranch owner Dennis Hof told PageSix.com he would “absolutely” offer Ashley a job and estimates she would make “$250,000 quickly, in a few months,” at his high-class brothel in Reno, Nev., where prostitution is legal.

Ashley Alexandra Dupré (22), aka Ashley Youmans, hooker name Kristen, is the high priced hooker who boned Eliot Spitzer for cash, is now becoming famous despite having committing a crime. Ashley is an aspiring musician who is selling two songs called What We Want and Move ya Body. What We Want was originally avaible for purchase for 16 cents, but is now priced at 98 cents. Move ya Body has also been added for 98 cents. You can click here to listen to What We Want for free on her MySpace. These songs certainly sound like they came from a hooker too. She’s not that innocent. The unfair part of all this is the fact that Ashley has not been arrested or charged with prostitution. She is going to be given a deal to testify against Spitzer instead. Like so many females, once they become famous the law lets them get away with anything they want, and the publicity from their crime makes them richer. It’s no wonder young girls committing bold crimes to get their face on TV. Ashley is a criminal, nothing less, nothing more. I had a laugh when I heard she claimed she went into prostitution because of her financial situation, and because she had been abused. Give me a break. Get a job, and some therapy. Prostitution is a crime, just like dealing drugs, not a cry for help. Apply the law equally like the 14th amendment requires.

Paterson flunked the bar exam, but did attend law school. Paterson is black and blind. By default, Paterson has broken a barrier for both blacks and the blind, to hold this high political office.

Eliot Spitzer, the democrat who made his name going after big business in New York, was caught on a federal wiretap arranging to meet with a high-priced prostitute at a Washington hotel last month, according to a law enforcement official and a person briefed on the investigation. Spitzer is identified as Client 9. The wiretap captured a man identified as Client 9 on a telephone call confirming plans to have a woman travel from New York to Washington, where he had reserved a hotel room, according to an affidavit filed in federal court in Manhattan. The person briefed on the case and the law enforcement official identified Mr. Spitzer as Client 9. The escort (prostitution) ring was called the Emperors Club, and they charged $5,500 per hour.

Spitzer held a press conference today admitting he was client 9, and apologized. As he went to leave, three reporters called out, "Are you resigning? Are you resigning?", and Mr. Spitzer charged out of the room, slamming the door. Spitzer had his wife Silda Wall Spitzer at this side during the press conference. Spitzer and Silda have been married since 1987. They have three daughters.

The Republican state party and a leading Republican legislator called for the governor to step down. James Tedisco, a Republican Assemblyman from Schenectady who has clashed loudly and publicly with Mr. Spitzer, called on the governor to step down if the allegations are true. “The governor who was going to bring ethics back to New York State, if he was involved in something like this,” Mr. Tedisco said, “he’s got to leave. I don’t think there’s any question about that.”

Spitzer is a democrat, so like Bill Clinton, I expect Spitzer to have made his apology, then fight to keep his job, and even run for another term as governor of New York, then a run for the White House. Maybe Bill will even endorse Spitzer for a Presidential run. Now Hillary and Silda will have something in common, and something to talk about, the next time they get together for lunch.
