DMX (38), aka Earl Simmons, was has been sentenced to 90 days in a Phoenix jail, and was also placed on 18 months supervised probation Friday by a Maricopa County court commissioner.

DMX had many charges against him, so we’re not even sure if he has many more court appearances after this. It’s very sad to see his life turn out like this. It’s as if DMX has just given up.

DMX (37), aka Earl Simmons, pleaded not guilty to a pair of felony theft charges in a Phoenix court on Thursday. Outside the courtroom, DMX sang a few lines to reporters:

"If and when you ever fall down, get back up. Drop something, stop fretting, pick that … back up, stand for something or fall for everything, wait for the right pitch or miss with every swing."

DMX can only communicate through music, because he’s special. He really needs a mental evaluation.
