The bitter battle of words between Donald Trump and Rosie O’Donnell isn’t over. "Rosie’s a loser. She’s been a loser always," the real estate mogul and host of NBC’s "The Apprentice," said Thursday in a phone interview with The Associated Press. "Her show failed, her magazine failed. Barbara Walters gave her new life, but she’ll fail at that also because she’s inherently a stone-cold loser."

It all started after Trump announced last week that Miss USA Tara Conner, whose title had been in jeopardy because of underage drinking, would keep her crown. (Trump is the owner of the Miss Universe Organization, which includes Miss USA and Miss Teen USA.)

O’Donnell, a co-host on ABC’s "The View," created by Walters, said Trump’s news conference annoyed her "on a multitude of levels" and that the twice-divorced Trump had no right to be "the moral compass for 20-year-olds in America," amid roars of audience laughter.

Trump fired back, calling O’Donnell a "bully," among other insults, in interviews with various media outlets, including CNN’s "Larry King Live."

The feud continued this week when O’Donnell posted an entry on her Web site calling Donald Trump a pimp.

O’Donnell started this unprovoked fight, and it appears she just won’t stop her bullying, so now she will have to hear Trump keep giving her a taste of her own bitter medicine.

"It will never end on my behalf because I’ve exposed Rosie for what she is: a very dumb human being," Trump said. "She’s got no intelligence, but I’ve known that for a long time. Unfortunately, Rosie’s pulled the wool over the public."

A representative for O’Donnell said she was unavailable for comment.

Despite her embarrassing ordeal, we hope Miss USA Tara Conner has maintained her sense of humor. According to The New York Post, Fuze Beverages sent the tarnished beauty queen ten cases of its "Recovery Supplement" drink called "Rehab" to help her along the bittersweet path to sobriety.

How else has life changed for Conner, 21, now that she’s entered Pennsylvania’s Caron Foundation rehab center for the next 28 days? The New York Daily News reports that the facility is 70 miles outside of Philadelphia, and a far cry from her ritzy Riverside Boulevard apartment in Manhattan. Miss USA and her fellow treatment seekers share daily responsibilities like making beds, mopping floors and helping to clean common areas. Connor is expected to wake up at 6:30am for addiction education, therapy and "group sharing." Her curfew is 11pm, and her family is prohibited from visiting for at least the first week of treatment. Also, men and women are segregated at the facility, but Connor’s used to that, her roommates in New York City are Miss Universe, Zuleyka Rivera, 19, and Miss Teen USA, Katie Blair, 18.

Before entering rehab, Connor told reporters that she felt she was not an alcoholic, but believes people shouldn’t refuse free therapy and rehabilitation when offered. Her stay is costing Donald Trump $24,000 per month. Donald always does everything first-class. No wonder so many of his employees spend their entire working lives working for the Donald.

Donald Trump is suing an oceanside town for $10 million after being cited for flying an oversized American flag over his Mar-a-Lago Club.

Attorneys for the club filed a complaint Thursday, saying that flying the flag is a constitutionally protected expression of free speech, and that the large flag is a proper match for the size of the real-estate mogul’s patriotism.

“A smaller flag and pole on Mar-A-Lago’s property would be lost given its massive size, look silly instead of make a statement, and most importantly would fail to appropriately express the magnitude of Donald J. Trump’s and the Club’s members’ patriotism,” the lawsuit says.

Town officials said Trump violated zoning codes when the lavish club hoisted a 15-by-25-foot flag atop an 80-foot pole on Oct. 3. The citation was for having a flagpole taller than 42 feet, for not obtaining a building permit and for not getting permission from the landmarks board.

A phone message left at the mayor and town council’s office was not returned Saturday.

In the lawsuit, Trump’s attorneys accuse the town of selectively enforcing its ordinances. Other locations in the town display flags that violate statutes, the lawsuit alleges.

All damages awarded to the club would be donated to veterans of the war in Iraq, the lawsuit said.

Trump had until Nov. 27 to apply for approvals or else he faced a Dec. 21 hearing that could have resulted in fines costing $250 per day. It was unclear Saturday whether that meeting took place.

“The day you need a permit to put up the American flag, that will be a sad day for this country,” Trump said in October.

Former Miss Nevada USA Katie Rees asked for a second chance today, after being stripped of her title due to raunchy photos of her that surfaced on the internet.

"The photographs were from an isolated incident during my teenage years," Rees said during a press conference today. "This incident does not reflect who I am, or who I plan to be. I have no intention of further disgracing the state of Nevada, the Miss Universe organization, or Mr. Donald Trump."

Rees said she had contacted Donald Trump, co-owner of the Miss Universe organization, and is awaiting a response.

The former beauty queen also offered some advice to other young girls.

"Please don’t let your guard down when it comes to being photographed. As you can see, just one mistake can have a great consequence," she said.

Rees was stripped of her crown by the Miss Universe Organization after the racy pictures sparked a controversy. The pictures showed Rees in various graphic poses, including exposing one of her breasts, passionately kissing and touching other women, and pulling down her pants to show her thong underwear at a party in Tampa, Florida.

Her attorney, Mario Torres of Tampa, Florida, asked that Trump grant Rees the same opportunity he gave Miss USA Tara Conner, who was allowed to keep her tiara despite tearfully admitting drinking as a minor at New York nightclubs. The Miss Universe Organization owns the Miss USA pageant and others.

"He always believes in second chances," Torres said of Trump. "We are asking for that and plead that he answer our call, allow us to meet with him and allow us to defend ourselves."

Trump has not yet commented publicly on Rees’ appeal.

A Miss Universe spokeswoman has said Paula M. Shugart, president of the organization, made the decision to strip Rees of her title and Trump supported it.

Torres said he had reached out to Trump and others in Miss Universe but had not heard back.

First runner-up Helen Salas will assume the title and compete at the 2007 Miss USA pageant on March 23 in Los Angeles.

Rees was crowned Miss Nevada in Las Vegas last October, and was to represent the state in the Miss USA pageant next spring.

The difference between Miss USA and Miss Nevada USA is that there were pictures of what Miss Nevada USA did, but there were no pictures of what Miss USA did, only allegations. Without pictures as proof, Miss USA was able to get a second chance. With all the raunchy pictures showing Miss Nevada USA’s acts, it’s impossible to allow her to have a second chance. Miss Nevada USA simply needs to learn the hardest lesson of all, accepting her dethroning as Miss Nevada USA, and accepting responsibility for her actions. Miss USA did accept responsibility for her actions by admitting her guilt, and going into rehab.

It’s a matter of judgment who gets a second chance. I agree with Miss USA getting a second chance, but I don’t agree with Miss Nevada USA (Rees) getting the same second chance with all those pictures as evidence. Another reason I don’t believe Rees should get a second chance is because she isn’t asking for a second chance, Rees hired an attorney who is telling Donald Trump to give her a second chance despite the evidence against her. In my opinion, Rees has a completely different character than Miss USA. If you have a different opinion let’s hear it.

In a statement, Paula M. Shugart, President of the Miss Universe Organization, said "Katie Rees has been relieved of her duties as Miss Nevada USA 2007. First Runner-up Helen Salas will assume the title and compete at the 2007 MISS USA Pageant on March 23 in Los Angeles."

Pageant spokeswoman Lark-Marie Anton said that that while Donald Trump approved Miss Nevada’s dethroning, it was Shugart who ultimately made the decision. "Mr. Trump runs a billion-dollar real estate company, besides owning the pageant," she said, "His priorities are the title holders — Miss Universe, Miss USA and Miss Teen USA." Anton added that these types of decisions are made all the time, they are just more high-profile now, in light of the current scandal involving Miss USA Tara Conner.

Rees is still listed as Miss Nevada on the pageant’s official website. Helen Salas was Miss Nevada Teen USA in 2004, and and a second runner-up at Miss Teen USA.

Katie Rees’ attorney said in a statement, “Katie Rees, former Miss Nevada USA, wants the public to know … she had a lapse in judgment … the actions on that evening in subject are in no way indicative of the person she is or the person she has become … she is a law-abiding citizen and talented adult. This was an isolated incident that occurred more than five years ago …” In my opinion Rees acted like a bisexual whore in these pictures, and she is talented … as an adult entertainer.
