On October 16 in Colorado Springs DMX showed up for a concert late, but security would not let DMX onstage because it is alleged that the promoter didn’t have the money to pay DMX. When the crowd got the message that security would not let DMX take the stage a riot broke out.

DMX has had a lot of issues recently, but he really didn’t need this unnecessary grief.

The Sheriff in Colorado should investigate the promoter involved in this incident, but he’s too busy with the Balloon Boy hoax case.

DMX (38), aka Earl Simmons, was has been sentenced to 90 days in a Phoenix jail, and was also placed on 18 months supervised probation Friday by a Maricopa County court commissioner.

DMX had many charges against him, so we’re not even sure if he has many more court appearances after this. It’s very sad to see his life turn out like this. It’s as if DMX has just given up.

DMX, who has been arrested more times this year that I lost count, used the F word when responding to a judge in Miami yesterday. The judge then said ""I’ve never heard the F word before, so it’s okay." The judge then told DMX’s attorney to let his client know, "I’ve heard the F word before." It’s a good thing the judge was in a good mood.

DMX’s attorney,Bradford Cohen, worked out a plea deal with the judge, which is time served and about a $483 fine. DMX could have faced up to six years for trying to buy coke and pot, to which he plead guilty. The judge must have appreciated DMX’s honesty, even when he said the F Word.

DMX (37), aka Earl Simmons, pleaded not guilty to a pair of felony theft charges in a Phoenix court on Thursday. Outside the courtroom, DMX sang a few lines to reporters:

"If and when you ever fall down, get back up. Drop something, stop fretting, pick that … back up, stand for something or fall for everything, wait for the right pitch or miss with every swing."

DMX can only communicate through music, because he’s special. He really needs a mental evaluation.

DMX was busted July 2 for two outstanding warrants in Phoenix. He was also busted on June 27 after he allegedly tried to buy drugs from an undercover officer, and on June 23, May 9 and May 7.

DMX has been arrested so many times we had to make a collage of his mug shots.

DMX needs helped staying out of jail, but our jail system isn’t designed to help, it’s designed for punishment.
