On Saturday Dina Lohan responded to Michael Lohan who says their daughter Lindsay Lohan is back on drugs, and in trouble. Dina said:

"Michael Lohan needs to focus on being a parent, paying child support, of which he is six months behind, and making up for all the years he was an absentee dad. And stop going on national television talking about his children publicly."

On Saturday, Michael told the photo agency X17:

"I’m going to see the judge this week…If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged with kidnapping."

During a taping Thursday of The Maury Povich Show, Michael looked into the camera and relayed the following message to Lindsay:

"I’m gonna do anything and everything I have to save your life, whether mom likes it, the public likes it, or anyone."

While Michael says he’s planning to meet with a judge and seek conservatorship, a source says that Lindsay herself plans to turn to the courts and seek a restraining order against her father. The source said:

"Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer have already been contacted. She’s scared. This is really serious."

Lindsay does need to be under a conservatorship, but neither Michael nor Dina should be in control of it. Dina is benefiting financially from Lindsay, and continues to enable her, Michael is too much of a mess himself to be able to handle Lindsay’s problems.

Lindsay was in court a few days ago getting another second chance, and looking wasted in front of the judge, yet no one showed any concern. People may have cared about Britney Spears, but it seems no who can help Lindsay, cares enough to help Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan pleaded guilty for a DUI, for which she got three years probation in 2007, and 84 minutes in jail. Lohan was supposed to be attending the Right on Program for alcohol education, but she took a leave of absence to work as a failed "artistic advisor" for Ungaro. Lohan is now in trouble because the alcohol school reported to the judge that she never returned, until yesterday after Lohan was ordered to appear before a judge today.

Lohan has six weeks left to finish the alcohol education program, and since she has now started attending classes again her lawyer is hoping the judge will give her a pass for violating her probation.

We are hoping Lohan gets jail time for the remainder of her probation. Lohan is a danger to herself, and she needs a big dose of reality.

Michael Lohan went on Maury Povich, for some attention, but also to try to put public pressure on Lindsay to get help. As much as I think Michael does a lot of this for attention, at least he’s doing something to help Lindsay, which is more than Dina Lohan can say.

Lindsay Lohan is mood swinging into the rosy delusional positive end of the emotional spectrum again. Lindsay took her much older looking sister Ali Lohan to the Shamrock Social Club tattoo parlor at 3 am last night, where Lindsay got another tattoo on her wrist.

Good thing 15 year-old Ali doesn’t have to go to school until later in the morning, if she even goes to school.

Lindsay also got her haired dyed red again at Byron & Tracey Salon in Beverly Hills, then she had dinner with mom and sis where mom actually paid the bill. They must have ordered water and a salad.

According to an item in Thursday’s NY Post, Dina Lohan, who is more famous for boozing and partying with her daughter than for actually being a responsible parent, is now "begging Lindsay’s friends to go there and help her."

Says the paper’s source, "All of Lindsay’s life, Dina never acted like a role model. She only ever wanted to be her friend. Lindsay keeps getting used, and she never stood a chance at happiness."

Even those who are paid to watch out for her have abandoned ship, says the report. "Lindsay is on hiatus with her publicist because she’s not working or booking jobs," says the paper’s insider. "She is completely unmanageable. It has never been possible to control her or advise her. Lindsay needs to get psychiatric help."

Today Dr. Drew Pinsky talked about his book The Mirror Effect: How Celebrity Narcissism is Seducing America. In the book Pinsky specifically names Lindsay Lohan. The doc says:

"I think Lindsay is one of my peeps, she’s a straight-up addict. I’ve been saying for awhile she’s going to have a major blowout. Major torch-out before she becomes motivated to capitulate to treatment."

Lindsay shows all the signs of a narcissistic addict. I wonder how many times she looks at herself in the mirror every day without ever actually seeing her true ugly inner self.

Lindsay Lohan is going on a self-destructive drinking binge, with her mom Dina Lohan by her side. Radaronline reports that Lindsay:

"… grabbed a bottle of Belvedere vodka sitting on her table, turned away from other party-goers, and chugged it. Her mother Dina was sitting at the table at the time."

"Lindsay then mixed diet soda and vodka and downed several as the night progressed. La Lohan started the evening at h.wood sitting on a couch and texting. Suddenly she began crying. She finally put down her phone and that’s when the partying began."

"Dina, meanwhile, was drinking glasses of white wine."

Michael Lohan said in a statement today that Lindsay needed both parents by her side, but this surely isn’t what he meant. As long as Lindsay is paying Dina’s bills, she won’t bite the hand that feeds her.

All this craziness is just going to drive Samantha Ronson further away. Right now Ronson is in Las Vegas working … far away from any drama.

Michael Lohan said he is clearing his busy *cough* schedule to be with his daughter Lindsay Lohan during this difficult time. He’s flying to see his daughter forthwith. Michael said:

"Breakups are never pretty and they’re never easy. I’m here for Lindsay any time. I’ve cleared my schedule to go meet her in L.A. I hope Dina takes good care of her in the meantime."

Michael never liked Samantha Ronson, so his wish finally came true. He then reminds us that Dina Lohan is always trying to be an obstacle to his relationship with Lindsay:

"At a time like this she needs someone standing by her side. It’s about time she had both parents with her, without Dina driving a wedge between us. It’s time for Lindsay to resurrect her life and career."

So true.
