Les Deux is feeling the heat from the ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) in LA, after paparazzi cameras caught Lindsay Lohan hanging out there just hours before her DUI crash, and arrest. Of course, Les Deux denies serving Lindsay booze, however there is this from the LA Times:

Authorities are trying to crack down on one of the worst-kept secrets in Hollywood: underage stars partying hard at trendy clubs on the Sunset Strip and Hollywood Boulevard. Doormen at Hollywood hot spots have been lifting the velvet rope for teen stars for years. Two decades ago, Drew Barrymore became tabloid fodder after being spotted drinking at Hollywood clubs when she was 13 and 14. These days, there’s no hiding the illicit behavior, thanks to the aggressive tactics of Hollywood’s ever-expanding paparazzi corps, who document celebrities through every nightclub-hopping step.

There’s a picture that just surfaced of baby Lindsay with her truck stop hooker looking mama Dina. All that bragging Dina has done about partying with her daughter, has resulted in all fingers pointing to her leathery face as the cause of Lindsay’s problems. Oh look we’ve got a picture of the druggy duo right here. They grow up so fast.

Dina Lohan thinks we’re all stupid. As if we didn’t already know, Lindsay Lohan learned to lie from her mother. Here’s more:

DINA Lohan needs to make up her mind – or at least start re-reading the interviews she gives. Fame-crazed Mama Lohan recently told Us Weekly, "I’ve read all these things, like, I said I’m the white Oprah. I’ve never said that in my entire life! It’s completely ridiculous." Really? In an Aug. 10, 2006, interview with Star magazine, she told reporter David Caplan, "I love to talk. Lindsay [ Lohan]’s friends call me ’The White Oprah’ because they all come to me with their problems." Caplan, who’s since left the weekly for VH1, tells us he quoted Dina accurately.

While Lindsay Lohan’s parents (Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan) fight in court over Michael’s desire to gain custody of Lindsay’s younger siblings, Aliana and Dakota, Lindsay is doing her best to make Calum Best jealous at Greek restaurant in Malibu. For now this is a mystery guy, who looks rather on the gay side, and this whole scene looks staged, unless Lindsay gets up and makes speeches like that every time she goes out. One woman in the restaurant turns around and looks right at the supposedly hidden camera, while Lindsay doesn’t notice, and you know she’s always on the lookout for a camera. She doesn’t want to get caught not looking propped up.

After Michael and Dina finished up today’s hearing in court here’s what went down.:

Actress Lindsay Lohan’s parents were in Nassau Family Court Tuesday morning, where Michael Lohan is seeking the right to visit his children.

The matter was adjourned until June 8, to give lawyers time to discuss a possible agreement. On his way out of court, Michael Lohan said he is hopeful that things will work out. "I just want to resolve this, and I wish for the best for the children, and for Dina and myself," he said. Dina Lohan declined to comment on the case, but she did take the opportunity to plug her daughter’s new movie, "Georgia Rule."

"The movie was amazing," she said. "You should see it".

That’s Dina for ya. She could care less about insignificant details like Aliana and Dakota, she’s got her mind on the money (Lindsay) and the money on her mind.
