Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson Reach Custody Agreement

Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson reached a deal where Katherine will have full custody of the three children in Michael Jackson’s custody at the time of his death, including the two oldest children whom Rowe claims are her biological children. Attorney Eric George said on behalf of Rowe:

"The parties engaged in a dignified discussion that resulted in a dignified outcome. The sole consideration between the parties was the best interests of the children. I’m proud to have worked with such professionals who represented Ms. Jackson, and I am particularly proud of Deborah for her integrity and selflessness."

Katherine Jackson’s attorneys, L. Londell McMillan and Diane Goodman, said:

"Mrs. Jackson and the family are pleased this matter is resolved and was handled in a caring, thoughtful and courteous manner by the parties and their representatives. We were all united in our goals to do what is best for Michael’s wonderful children, and both Mrs. Jackson and Debbie Rowe were on the exact same page. Accordingly, although important issues had to be resolved, this was no legal contest but rather simply a process doing the right thing for the right reasons."

Under the terms of the parties’ agreement:

Katherine Jackson shall be the guardian for the minor children.

Deborah Rowe shall exercise visitation rights with the two oldest children, Prince, 11, and Paris, 12. The timing, frequency and manner of visits shall be implemented according to the best interests of the children, as determined by a child psychologist selected jointly, and paid jointly, by Katherine Jackson and Deborah Rowe.

The parties have neither sought nor agreed to any compensation to be exchanged, apart from the continuation of spousal support payments that had previously been personally agreed to between Michael Jackson and Deborah Rowe.

As long as Rowe keeps getting her checks she won’t make any trouble, and she also will not give up her parental rights as so many reports falsely claimed. Her parental rights guarantee her income.

There was a lot of speculation that Janet Jackson would get custody of the children, which could still happen if Katherine dies before all the children reach 18 years-old.

Debbie Rowe Denied Payment to Give Up Parental Rights

A report surfaced claiming Debbie Rowe agreed to accept $4 million to give up her parental rights, but her attorney Eric George flatly denied that claim in an open letter to the New York Post which read:

"There has been no agreement reached between Ms. Rowe and the Jacksons. Ms. Rowe has not and will not give up her parental rights. No determination has been reached concerning custody or visitation. And Ms. Rowe has not accepted and will not accept any additional financial consideration beyond the spousal support she and Michael personally agreed to several years ago."

George demanded an "immediate retraction" to the Post’s anonymously sourced story Tuesday that said Jackson’s "baby mama" had "sold her kids again" by "squeezing about $4 million from her former mother-in-law" in exchange for relinquishing her parental rights.

Rowe plans to attend a Los Angeles Superior Court hearing on July 20 for temporary guardianship of the children, Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11, who have been staying with their grandmother Katherine Jackson at the family’s Encino home. (Jackson’s youngest child, Blanket (Prince Michael II), 7, was born from an unidentified surrogate.)

Katherine Jackson was named guardian in Jackson’s will, and is petitioning the court to keep the children with her. Katherine’s age could be a factor in the final decision.

Debbie Rowe to Seek Custody of Jackson Kids

A fierce custody battle is brewing over two of Michael Jackson’s children, with Debbie Rowe saying Thursday that she plans to fight for them in court, and the Jackson family signaling they will fight right back.

Debbie Rowe, the mother of Prince (12) and Paris (11), spoke to her former attorney Iris Finsilver, who says, "She is going to be pursuing custody of the children."

"Frankly, she won’t have to fight for them," Finsilver says. "She is the children’s biological mother. She loves her children."

The kids, along with a third child, Prince Michael II (Blanket), 7, whose mother is unknown, are in the temporary court-ordered care of Jackson family matriarch Katherine Jackson, 79, whom the singer named as guardian in his 2002 will. Diana Ross was also named to care for the children, in the event that Katherine was no longer living.

A source close to the Jackson family says they intend to seek permanent custody. "They will fight," says the source.

Rowe earlier made her position clear July 2 in an interview with a Los Angeles television station, saying, "I want my children."

"I am stepping up," she told a reporter for Los Angeles station NBC 4 in a 90-minute phone conversation. "I have to."

Rowe also said she’d be willing to take custody of Blanket to keep the three children together, and she may seek a restraining order to keep her former father-in-law, Joe Jackson, away from her children.

This is going to get messy.

Debbie Rowe Claims She is the Biological Mother

After it was reported that neither Debbie Rowe, nor Michael Jackson, were the biological parents of any of the three children Michael had in his custody, Debbie released the following statement via her attorney Marta Almi:

"We refuse to be drawn into addressing the various rumors and speculation swirling in the media. The vast majority of what is out there is untrue. Particular hurtful and insidious is the most recent rumor — which is entirely false — concerning the maternity of the children. Ms. Rowe is the biological mother of the two oldest children."

Despite the biological claim, there is no DNA test or documentation to support the claim, there is only a legal presumption that Rowe is the mother. Since Michael had custody his family will automatically keep custody for now, unless Rowe can prove she is a better parent, which is doubtful since she rarely saw the kids. Rowe doesn’t act like a biological mother.

Michael Jackson Not the Father of Children – Arnold Klein Is

A new report reveals Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of the three children he had in his custody, and Michael did not adopt any of them. Reports also reveal that the biological father was actually Arnold Klein ( pictured above ), who was Michael’s dermatologist. As we pointed out previously, all the kids are white, and Michael was black, so this is believable. Klein had no comment on the matter.

A new report this morning claims Debbie Rowe is also not the biological mother of two of the three children. Rowe only carried the child as a surrogate, and both the sperm and the egg came from donors that were not Rowe or Michael. Prince Michael II, the youngest of the three children, had Michael listed as the father on the birth certificate, but no mother was listed. How is that even legally possible?!!! Money can work miracles.

Michael, according to reports, never legally adopted any of the three children in his custody, even though he is allegedly not the biological father.

Although the Jackson family expressed concern that Rowe would mount a custody challenge, it appears that may not happen if she is not the biological parent. Since the children were living with Michael he is legally "presumed" to be the parent, and would continue to be the "presumed" parent until the biological parent challenged his custody. Since the identity of all egg and sperm donors were kept secret, thanks to unethical fertility clinics playing God, there is little chance any of the children will ever know who their real parents are, which means no biological parent will challenge Katherine Jackson’s bid for custody. This whole situation seems like a case of child abduction and cruelty.

Michael tried in vain to marry white women, who refuse to reveal if they and Michael were ever intimate. Michael also never donated sperm to have children, which supports rumors he was mentally ill, gay, or worse a pedophile as he was accused. We know Michael wasn’t a priest, and he never claimed to be celibate, so something wasn’t right.

In March of 2005 Lisa Marie Presley, who was briefly married to Michael, was asked by Oprah Winfrey on her show:

"Was it a consummated marriage?"

Lisa Marie responded:

"Yep. To me, yes it was real."

Lisa Marie’s answer sounds like the marriage was consummated in theory, but not in reality, more like by virtue of fantasy. This answer left even more questions about Michael.

Whatever Michael’s true personal problems were, it is certain that 3 children are now living their lives in limbo, and were only conceived to satisfy some sick need Michael Jackson had, and what that need was we may never know. The more we do know, the more questions we have. The real outrage isn’t what Michael did to himself, it’s the fact he involved children in his fantasy world, children who had no hope of escape, because they had no where to run to for safety if they needed to.

Now the children left behind are in the middle of a custody battle because those children represent the money in Michael’s debt ridden estate, which could be worth much more than his debts.

Debbie Rowe Interview Fake

The attorney representing Debbie Rowe, Marta Almli, described a recent interview posted by News of the World, as a fake:

"The interview did not occur. The article is a complete fabrication."

In the fake interview Rowe allegedly said she doesn’t want anything to do with two of the children she gave birth to for Michael Jackson. The one part of the alleged fake interview is the part that says Michael is not the biological father of the children. The children were all white, and Michael was black, so that part sounds believable. We doubt anyone will perform a DNA test so the kids know for sure who their real parents are.

The attorney had no information if Rowe would seek custody. This morning an attorney for Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, asked the court for temporary custody of the three children Michael had in his custody, and the court granted that request with a pending hearing on the matter next monday.

MICHAEL Jackson’s two eldest kids face a tug-of-love battle after their mum Debbie Rowe confessed he was not their father.

In an astonishing interview Debbie – mother of Prince, 12, and Paris, 11 – said she was artificially inseminated by an anonymous donor.

And she told how, despite Jackson’s death, she does not WANT custody of the children and NEVER expects to see them again.

It means Prince and Paris now face a doubtful future, effectively without parents and the subject of a fight to find them a permanent and stable family home.

More uncertainty surrounds what will happen to Jackson’s third child Prince II, known as Blanket, the identity of whose mother has never been made public.

The world was amazed 13 years ago when Jacko announced he was expecting his first child with Debbie, a receptionist at a Beverly Hills dermatology clinic where he regularly went for skin treatments.

Speaking exclusively at her home Debbie said: "Michael was divorced, lonely and wanted children. I was the one who said to him, ’I will have your babies’.

"I offered him my womb – it was a gift. It was something I did to keep him happy."

After second birth he wanted no more to do with me

Debbie said she was "impregnated" like one of the thoroughbred mares she now keeps on her property, adding: "I was just the vessel. It wasn’t Michael’s sperm.

"I got paid for it, and I’ve moved on. I know I will never see my children again."

Blonde Debbie, now 50, spoke out at the ranch in California where she lives as a virtual recluse surrounded by dozens of animals.

And she revealed the strange true story behind her relationship with the Thriller icon, who she married in 1996 and divorced three years later. It included details of how:

JACKSON never had sex with her throughout their marriage and parenthood;

SHE offered to have babies for him after he told her that his first wife Lisa Marie Presley had refused to bear him any;

THE star arranged for a sham marriage to make them appear like a family;

HE cruelly ditched her when the painful second birth left her "all torn up inside" and unable to give him any more kids.

The pair first met and became friendly during Jackson’s frequent appointments for an assortment of chemical peels and skin treatments on his face by renowned skin specialist Dr Arnold Klein.

Debbie said: "It was a place in both of our lives when we were both very lonely. We both loved animals. That’s how we got talking.

"He started letting me into the treatment rooms, letting me help the doctor with him. He would come in three or four times a week. I started talking to him about his divorce from Lisa Marie.

"Michael said that he always wanted children, but she didn’t want children with him.

"I was comfortable with him. I offered him my womb. We were close enough that I knew I could offer him that, so I did. It was a gift.

"But after the second birth had so many problems, he knew I couldn’t have kids any more. He didn’t want anything to do with me. He took the kids. The settlement was written up, and he just wanted me to be quiet." Despite years of rumours the world has never been told the true story about Jacko’s children, with the question of whether he is their real father always left unanswered.

But no longer shackled by a legal agreement, and following Jackson’s death, Debbie has finally stopped the pretence that Jackson had anything to do with her babies’ births.

Surrounded by her animals including 11 dogs and more than 30 horses she said: "I went to the ’office’, which is what we called the medical clinic. They impregnated me. It’s just like I impregnate my mares for breeding. It was very technical.

"Just like I stick the sperm up my horse, this is what they did to me. I was his thoroughbred."

In a dusty and cluttered study Debbie pulled out two previously-unseen framed pictures from a desk drawer.

One shows her next to Jackson, who is wearing a facemask and cradling their two babies. The other shows Prince and Paris on their own, aged about six or seven.

It was while she was pregnant the first time that Jackson arranged for the couple to marry, in a rushed ceremony at the Sheraton Hotel in Sydney in November 1996.

At the time she was 37 and Jackson 38. His best man was an eight-year-old boy.

The marriage was consummated not with a night of passion or a honeymoon – but with a peck on the cheek from Jackson, who retired by himself to another room.

Debbie went on: "He wanted to pretend that we were a family. But we never lived together as a couple. We never had sex. He was on the road, doing his thing.

"He never wanted to live with me. That’s why he bought me a house. There was always ’my house’ and ’his house’, never ’our house’.

"We would jump in bed together and read magazines and watch movies, with all the animals around us before the kids were involved. We used to hang out with each other.

"But that was his life. That’s Michael. That was what it was like."

Despite years of tawdry accusations and out-of-court settlements, Debbie insisted: "I don’t believe any of these allegations that he was a child molester or he was gay.

"I want people to stop speculating. The truth is I had a child for him, I gave it to him."

Debbie described how second child Paris was conceived in the same ’office’, again through artificial insemination using an anonymous sperm donor.

But the birth was difficult, and Debbie ended up unable to have more children. She said: "The delivery was so hard. My insides were all torn up and I was barren. When he knew I couldn’t have any more babies he didn’t want anything to do with me."

Already given a home in Beverly Hills, Debbie reportedly accepted a pay-off worth £4.2million over nine years, in return for giving up all custodial rights.

Speaking to journalist Rebecca White, who became a close friend over months of detailed conversations, Debbie said she does not want to seek custody of the children. She admitted: "I was never a good mother, I never felt any attachment to them. It was a better feeling giving them to him than it was keeping them as my own.

"I know I will never see them again. I was never cut out to be a mother – I was no good. I don’t want these children in my life. My children are my animals now."

Mystery now surrounds who will look after Prince, Paris and seven-year-old Blanket – who Jackson infamously dangled over a balcony to the horror of the world.

It is believed the main battle could centre on the superstar’s mother Katherine, who is now 80, and his children’s long-serving nanny, 42-year-old Grace Rwaramba.

A family friend said: "Katherine wants the kids. But Michael always said he wanted Grace to have them if something happened to him."

Grace has worked for Jackson for nearly two decades, after starting as an office assistant.

Sources said she has taken an increasingly central role in the lives of the children, who reportedly call her "Mom". She and Jackson were even rumoured to be considering marriage in 2006.

A friend said: "Michael’s wishes were known. He wanted Grace to have the kids. They love her. If the kids had a choice they’d pick her."

When Blanket was born in 2002, there were rumours that he was created by artificial insemination and that Jackson had never even met the mum, who is thought to be based in Europe.

About that time Jacko entered one of the weirdest phases of his life, globe-trotting constantly between expensive hotels and dressing himself and his children in increasingly bizarre disguises.

It was during a hotel stay in Berlin in 2002 that he dangled Blanket, whose head was swathed in a towel, over a fourth-storey balcony as crowds in the street below gasped.

Footage of the incident made global headlines with speculation that "Wacko Jacko" was finally losing the plot and putting his kids at risk.

Blanket is much more like Jacko than the other two

Aides say Blanket is the most similar to Jackson in looks, personality and musical ability.

One source said: "It’s incredible how much more Blanket looks like him than the other two. And as for musical talent, he is just like his dad in that respect."

Over the years several women have come forward to claim they are Blanket’s mother. The most recent was a woman calling herself Billie Jean Jackson, who last year filed a law suit in Los Angeles seeking a billion dollars.

Meanwhile an old friend and business partner of Jackson, Al Malnik, has told US TV that the star had asked him years ago to take care of Blanket if he died.

And in Britain former child acting star Mark Lester, who is godfather to Prince and Paris, said he would take care of them if necessary.

Mark, 50, who played Oliver Twist in the film Oliver! and knew Jacko for 30 years, said: "I’m here for them 24/7 so whatever they need they’ve got from me. That’s my commitment as their godfather.

"Michael was one of the best. He made me ashamed, he was such a good father."

The Jacksons’ family lawyer Brian Oxman has already indicated that any court decision would probably be made in favour of grandmother Katherine.

However more uncertainty hung over all three children’s future last night as it emerged that Jackson, despite earning mega-millions, left behind financial insecurity with a crippling mountain of debt…

Billy Mays Died After Head Injury

TV pitchman Billy Mays died Sunday morning at the young age of 50 following a head injury. Mays was onboard a U.S. Airways flight on Saturday when the front tires blew out causing heavy objects to either fall on Mays’s head, or he hit his head on a hard object, it is not clear exactly which happened, but he did get a head injury. After the flight Mays spoke to Fox 13 in Tampa saying:

"It hit me on the head, but I got a hard head."

Mays wrote on Twitter:

"Just had a close call landing in Tampa. The tires blew out upon landing. Stuck in the plane on the runway. You can always count on US Air."

Mays’ wife, Deborah, found him in bed at their home and called 911 when she couldn’t revive him around 7:45a.m.

Tampa police said there were no signs of foul play.

Police spokeswoman Laura McElroy said any connection between the rough landing and Mays’ death would "purely be speculation." There were no reported injuries at the time of the landing. An autopsy will be done on Mays today.

Mays’ son Billy Mays, Jr. (22) wrote on Twitter:

"My dad didn’t wake up this morning. It hasn’t yet hit me but it’s about to. He’s gone. I’m gonna be strong for him. I’m thankful I got to talk to my dad last night. I miss him immensely already. But I feel him with me."

Mays had no known major health problems, although he walked with a limp and was planning to have hip replacement surgery.

Deborah Mays said in a statement:

"Although Billy lived a public life, we don’t anticipate making any public statements over the next couple of days. Our family asks that you respect our privacy during these difficult times."

Billy’s wife said that Billy said he wasn’t feeling well before he went to bed Saturday night, and he died in his sleep.

The autopsy results revealed this morning showed that Billy had hypertension (high blood pressure), and heart disease, specifically coronary artery sclerosis (atherosclerosis), or a narrowing of the heart arteries due to plague build up. Billy’s had an enlarged heart, which means he was heading towards congestive heart failure (CHF) later in his life. At this point doctors suspect, but may never be able to confirm, that a lethal arrhythmia (abnormal heart beat) may have been the cause of death.

The inflammation from Mays bad hip could have accelerated the build up of plague in his heart arteries, especially the Left Anterior Descending (LAD) artery that supplies blood to the the heart’s left ventricle, which pumps about 75% of the blood. When the LAD is occluded (clogged), and that causes an anterior myocardial infarction (a type of heart attack), it is referred to as the Widow Maker. Any electrical disturbance in the left ventricle could be deadly. Sometimes the first sign of heart disease, besides abnormal cholesterol and lipid levels, is sudden cardiac death.

The autopsy did not show any evidence of an external or internal head injury.

Billy Mays was one of the most pleasant, and likable pitchmen in the business. We will miss you Billy. Our best wishes to Billy’s family.

Debbie Rowe to Get Custody of Michael Jackson Children

At this time Katherine Jackson, the mother of Michael Jackson, is looking after Michael’s three children. Two of those children, Prince Michael (12) and Paris (11), may go to their biological mother Debbie Rowe. It was originally reported that Rowe lost her parental rights in a custody fight with Michael back in 2005, but it turns out that report was not accurate.

Debbie Rowe, the mother of Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11, is their legal parent and can gain custody of them if she chooses, according to Rowe’s former attorney, Iris Finsilver. The question remains if Rowe will take the children, or if Katherine will keep them.

Retired Judge Stephen Lachs, who presided over the hearing, at first agreed to terminate them, but then Lachs changed his mind and returned the rights to her.

"She lost them, and then she got them back," Finsilver says. Finsilver said she spoke to Rowe on Thursday but she cannot say what Rowe plans to do. "She was inconsolable."

Jackson family attorney Brian Oxman says Jackson’s mother, the family matriarch, would be a natural guardian for the kids, though it won’t be her decision. Oxman said:

"Katherine is the logical choice, she has all the grandkids and nieces around her but it will be up to the courts. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more proceedings regarding the children."

Blanket (7) may stay with Katherine. Blanket’s surrogate mother has not been identified.

Michael Jackson is Dead

Michael Jackson was found in his Los Angeles home today at about 12:30 pm not breathing, and had no pulse. Someone in the home was doing CPR, and paramedics took over the CPR while transporting Jackson to Ronald Reagan (UCLA) Medical Center where Jackson was pronounced dead at the age of 50 years-old. There is a large crowd outside the hospital. People don’t want to believe Michael is gone.

Michael’s father Joe Jackson said by phone from Las Vegas:

"He had a heart attack. He is not OK."

Michael was dancing and working out to get in shape for his 50 show tour in London this summer. Many, including myself, doubted Michael was in good enough physical condition to keep his commitments, and some shows had been rescheduled for later dates because Michael was not ready. Michael was also rumored to have had a MRSA skin infection, and skin cancer, but neither rumor was confirmed.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

Debbie Rowe, Jackson’s ex-wife, and mother of his children, gave up all parental rights, so she cannot legally take custody of the children.

Michael’s death at this time is said to have been caused by a heart attack that caused cardiac arrest. A Los Angeles homicide detective has been assigned to investigate Michael’s death, just to make sure there was no foul play.

The news of Michael’s death has completely overshadowed the death of Farrah Fawcett earlier this morning.

Despite all of Michael Jackson’s weirdness, he was still a great artist, and will be remembered for his creativity, and music above all else.
