Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson reached a deal where Katherine will have full custody of the three children in Michael Jackson’s custody at the time of his death, including the two oldest children whom Rowe claims are her biological children. Attorney Eric George said on behalf of Rowe:

"The parties engaged in a dignified discussion that resulted in a dignified outcome. The sole consideration between the parties was the best interests of the children. I’m proud to have worked with such professionals who represented Ms. Jackson, and I am particularly proud of Deborah for her integrity and selflessness."

Katherine Jackson’s attorneys, L. Londell McMillan and Diane Goodman, said:

"Mrs. Jackson and the family are pleased this matter is resolved and was handled in a caring, thoughtful and courteous manner by the parties and their representatives. We were all united in our goals to do what is best for Michael’s wonderful children, and both Mrs. Jackson and Debbie Rowe were on the exact same page. Accordingly, although important issues had to be resolved, this was no legal contest but rather simply a process doing the right thing for the right reasons."

Under the terms of the parties’ agreement:

Katherine Jackson shall be the guardian for the minor children.

Deborah Rowe shall exercise visitation rights with the two oldest children, Prince, 11, and Paris, 12. The timing, frequency and manner of visits shall be implemented according to the best interests of the children, as determined by a child psychologist selected jointly, and paid jointly, by Katherine Jackson and Deborah Rowe.

The parties have neither sought nor agreed to any compensation to be exchanged, apart from the continuation of spousal support payments that had previously been personally agreed to between Michael Jackson and Deborah Rowe.

As long as Rowe keeps getting her checks she won’t make any trouble, and she also will not give up her parental rights as so many reports falsely claimed. Her parental rights guarantee her income.

There was a lot of speculation that Janet Jackson would get custody of the children, which could still happen if Katherine dies before all the children reach 18 years-old.

A report surfaced claiming Debbie Rowe agreed to accept $4 million to give up her parental rights, but her attorney Eric George flatly denied that claim in an open letter to the New York Post which read:

"There has been no agreement reached between Ms. Rowe and the Jacksons. Ms. Rowe has not and will not give up her parental rights. No determination has been reached concerning custody or visitation. And Ms. Rowe has not accepted and will not accept any additional financial consideration beyond the spousal support she and Michael personally agreed to several years ago."

George demanded an "immediate retraction" to the Post’s anonymously sourced story Tuesday that said Jackson’s "baby mama" had "sold her kids again" by "squeezing about $4 million from her former mother-in-law" in exchange for relinquishing her parental rights.

Rowe plans to attend a Los Angeles Superior Court hearing on July 20 for temporary guardianship of the children, Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11, who have been staying with their grandmother Katherine Jackson at the family’s Encino home. (Jackson’s youngest child, Blanket (Prince Michael II), 7, was born from an unidentified surrogate.)

Katherine Jackson was named guardian in Jackson’s will, and is petitioning the court to keep the children with her. Katherine’s age could be a factor in the final decision.

A fierce custody battle is brewing over two of Michael Jackson’s children, with Debbie Rowe saying Thursday that she plans to fight for them in court, and the Jackson family signaling they will fight right back.

Debbie Rowe, the mother of Prince (12) and Paris (11), spoke to her former attorney Iris Finsilver, who says, "She is going to be pursuing custody of the children."

"Frankly, she won’t have to fight for them," Finsilver says. "She is the children’s biological mother. She loves her children."

The kids, along with a third child, Prince Michael II (Blanket), 7, whose mother is unknown, are in the temporary court-ordered care of Jackson family matriarch Katherine Jackson, 79, whom the singer named as guardian in his 2002 will. Diana Ross was also named to care for the children, in the event that Katherine was no longer living.

A source close to the Jackson family says they intend to seek permanent custody. "They will fight," says the source.

Rowe earlier made her position clear July 2 in an interview with a Los Angeles television station, saying, "I want my children."

"I am stepping up," she told a reporter for Los Angeles station NBC 4 in a 90-minute phone conversation. "I have to."

Rowe also said she’d be willing to take custody of Blanket to keep the three children together, and she may seek a restraining order to keep her former father-in-law, Joe Jackson, away from her children.

This is going to get messy.

After it was reported that neither Debbie Rowe, nor Michael Jackson, were the biological parents of any of the three children Michael had in his custody, Debbie released the following statement via her attorney Marta Almi:

"We refuse to be drawn into addressing the various rumors and speculation swirling in the media. The vast majority of what is out there is untrue. Particular hurtful and insidious is the most recent rumor — which is entirely false — concerning the maternity of the children. Ms. Rowe is the biological mother of the two oldest children."

Despite the biological claim, there is no DNA test or documentation to support the claim, there is only a legal presumption that Rowe is the mother. Since Michael had custody his family will automatically keep custody for now, unless Rowe can prove she is a better parent, which is doubtful since she rarely saw the kids. Rowe doesn’t act like a biological mother.

A new report reveals Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of the three children he had in his custody, and Michael did not adopt any of them. Reports also reveal that the biological father was actually Arnold Klein ( pictured above ), who was Michael’s dermatologist. As we pointed out previously, all the kids are white, and Michael was black, so this is believable. Klein had no comment on the matter.

A new report this morning claims Debbie Rowe is also not the biological mother of two of the three children. Rowe only carried the child as a surrogate, and both the sperm and the egg came from donors that were not Rowe or Michael. Prince Michael II, the youngest of the three children, had Michael listed as the father on the birth certificate, but no mother was listed. How is that even legally possible?!!! Money can work miracles.

Michael, according to reports, never legally adopted any of the three children in his custody, even though he is allegedly not the biological father.

Although the Jackson family expressed concern that Rowe would mount a custody challenge, it appears that may not happen if she is not the biological parent. Since the children were living with Michael he is legally "presumed" to be the parent, and would continue to be the "presumed" parent until the biological parent challenged his custody. Since the identity of all egg and sperm donors were kept secret, thanks to unethical fertility clinics playing God, there is little chance any of the children will ever know who their real parents are, which means no biological parent will challenge Katherine Jackson’s bid for custody. This whole situation seems like a case of child abduction and cruelty.

Michael tried in vain to marry white women, who refuse to reveal if they and Michael were ever intimate. Michael also never donated sperm to have children, which supports rumors he was mentally ill, gay, or worse a pedophile as he was accused. We know Michael wasn’t a priest, and he never claimed to be celibate, so something wasn’t right.

In March of 2005 Lisa Marie Presley, who was briefly married to Michael, was asked by Oprah Winfrey on her show:

"Was it a consummated marriage?"

Lisa Marie responded:

"Yep. To me, yes it was real."

Lisa Marie’s answer sounds like the marriage was consummated in theory, but not in reality, more like by virtue of fantasy. This answer left even more questions about Michael.

Whatever Michael’s true personal problems were, it is certain that 3 children are now living their lives in limbo, and were only conceived to satisfy some sick need Michael Jackson had, and what that need was we may never know. The more we do know, the more questions we have. The real outrage isn’t what Michael did to himself, it’s the fact he involved children in his fantasy world, children who had no hope of escape, because they had no where to run to for safety if they needed to.

Now the children left behind are in the middle of a custody battle because those children represent the money in Michael’s debt ridden estate, which could be worth much more than his debts.
