Larry Birkhead took Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead for a snack at the paparazzi infested Ivy on Robertson Blvd. yesterday. Looks like a photo-op. Larry is rumored to be trying to sell the idea of a reality show starring Dannielynn and himself. Click the link below to see video of all the craziness.
Daniel Smith Death Inquest Finally Begins
Posted on November 19, 2007 at 7:00 pm (PST)
Anna Nicole Smith s mother, Virgie Arthur, and the guy who claimed to be Dannielynn s daddy Howard K. Stern, were both in a Nassau, Bahamas courtroom this morning for the beginning of an inquest into the death of Anna’s only son Daniel Smith. This case needs a Perry Mason.
Howard K Stern is Broke
Posted on November 14, 2007 at 2:54 pm (PST)
Howard K. Stern claims he is broke. He tells Us magazine:
… Since the passing of his partner (and only client) in February, the attorney says he is having trouble making ends meet. "I am in debt and basically broke. There’s this impression out there that I am somehow making money off of Anna’s death. It couldn’t be further from the truth.
Stern has filed a $60 million libel suit against author Rita Cosby for alleging in a book that he engaged in homosexual acts with the father of Anna’s baby Dannielynne, Larry Birkhead. But due to “juggling†more than a dozen other lawsuits, Stern says he owes his parents ’hundreds of thousands of dollars.’"
How rich are his parents anyway? Stern is the executor of Anna’s estate, and stands to make a nice sum from that, especially if it cashes in on the Marshall lawsuit. Stern probably has a book in progress, a reality TV show, and something that could involve Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn.
Larry Birkhead to Sue OK! Magazine
Posted on August 31, 2007 at 12:23 pm (PST)
Larry Birkhead says he plans to sue OK! Magazine for their false allegations. He also added that OK! is just being vindictive when they learned In Touch and US Magazine may also cover Dannielynn’s 1 year birthday: Here’s more:
Birkhead, for one, said he planned to sue OK! for "alluding to the fact that I’d be involved in anything ethical or immoral with my daughter."
In a statement, OK! said it had "newly obtained allegations" that were "detailed, shocking and potentially incriminating"—and wouldn’t be revealed until next week’s issue.
Birkhead said he believes the magazine’s "explosive allegations" are culled from former MSNBC host Rita Cosby’s upcoming book, Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death. He said he also plans to sue Cosby.
…"They just sent out a press release showing how vindictive they are," Birkhead said. "They wanted to lock me down, like I’m under their command."
OK! Magazine keeps taking pictures then refusing to pay for them. If they really need to save money they should stop whiping their butts with tissue made out of silk, taking limos everywhere including the McDonald’s drive-thru, and stealing candy from babies.
OK! Mag Accuses Larry Birkhead of Scheming with Howard
Posted on August 30, 2007 at 10:28 am (PST)
OK! Magazine was set to publish pictures they took of Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn recently for her 1 year birthday, and now they won’t run the photos. I guess that means they won’t pay him for the pictures. The same thing happened recently with a Britney photoshoot where OK! accused Britney of stealing clothes, and wiping up dog poo with a dress. They didn’t pay her either. Here’s more:
“OK! Magazine has uncovered explosive allegations regarding Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and baby Danielynn, prompting the magazine to cancel our exclusive coverage of Danielynn’s first birthday party. OK! has been with Daniellynn since birth — bringing to the world her first meeting with her biological father and first Father’s Day. In keeping with that tradition, we very much looked forward to showing you her first birthday. However, the newly-obtained allegations are detailed, shocking and potentially incriminating. Furthermore, it makes it impossible for OK!, in good conscience, to promote this family’s highly questionable relationship in our pages. Next week’s issue of OK! will bring all of the unfortunate, relevant details to light.â€
Furthermore from OK! editor-in-chief Sarah Ivens:
“It breaks my heart that OK! has to pull out of a shoot that would have chronicled the next great chapter of Dannielynn’s life. That sort of celebration is what the magazine enjoys most. But first and foremost, we — and I — care dearly about the well-being of the young one, and my moral obligation lies with her. So, it’s unfortunate, but at the moment, my biggest fear is that Larry and Howard may have tricked us all.â€
In order to believe a gossip tabloid would act "in good conscience," you’d also have to believe that politicians don’t lie.
