It was reported that Britney Spears was going to sue the photographer that sold pictures of her and the boys to OK! Magazine for a reporter $1 million. Britney’s people claim the photographer, Dani Brubaker, did not have the right to make them public. MSNBC’s The Scoop claims this is not true, and further claim, Britney was in on it. A source told them that Britney loves it and doesn’t plan to sue. “She’s a savvy fox. The week she loses her kids, these pictures that were taken months ago suddenly show up. It’s brilliant. She knew what was going to happen (with that custody hearing) and how she’d fight back.”

I guess that means losing custody of her kids, and being admitted to a mental health unit at the hospital involuntarily, was all part of Britney’s "brilliant" plan to fight back in her divorce/custody dispute.

Britney Spears hired Dani Brubaker to take pictures of her with her boys for family Christmas cards, and since he didn’t sign a confidentiality agreement, he took his copy of the pictures and sold them. Who wouldn’t? These pictures are now on the cover of OK! magazine, and they are the first where Jayden doesn’t look special. Sean doesn’t look so happy, and Britney looks as crazy as ever, although her hair is washed. OK! did an interview with Brubaker who says:

“She was very loving,” Brubaker recalls. “She told me she loved her children and that they are her life." And far from being the neglectful parent some would portray her as, the photographer tells OK! that Brit was "very attentive" to the needs of her sons.

As for the 26-year-old singer’s reaction to the shots of her with her sons, Brubaker reveals, “I’m told that when she saw the photographs she literally cried for over an hour and stared at them all night long.”

So if merely looking at photos of her children has Britney in tears, that would explain why, according to a friend of the singer, the young mom is “inconsolable” right now as the chance of her winning the custody battle for her children looks increasingly slim. “Those boys are her everything, and she’s said repeatedly that life isn’t worth living if she can’t have her babies with her,” says the friend.

The friend adds that Britney would say goodbye to the music business to look after her boys. “The only reason she’s doing this is because she wants them to look up to her onstage and be like, ‘That’s my mama,’ and be proud of her. She’d put her life before them and die for Jayden and Preston. They’re her whole world.”

Reveals the friend, "“Britney has always said, ‘I would die for my boys if that’s what it took to prove I loved them. I’d do anything for them.’ ”

Would she spend a quiet evening at home, instead of driving around Los Angeles running red lights, for her boys? Britney will be thrilled to see she made the cover, and her sister Jamie Lynn Spears, who is pregnant at 16 years-old, only got a tiny corner. Sean and Jayden will be so proud of mommy.
