Andy Richter to Join Conan O’Brien on The Tonight Show
From 1993 to 2000 Andy Richter was a sidekick on the Late Night with Conan O’Brien, but then Andy left to pursue his acting career. At the time Andy joked he wanted to become a doctor.
Starting on June 1 Andy will be back as the announcer and cohost for The Tonight Show along side Conan. An excited Conan said:
“Andy is one of the funniest people I know, and we’ve maintained a close friendship since he left Late Night. We have a proven chemistry that will be an incredible asset to The Tonight Show.”
It looks like this is going to be a great new Tonight Show. We can’t wait to see it.
Alec Baldwin Mocks Joaquin Phoenix on Conan O’Brien
On Conan O’Brien Thursday, Alec Baldwin imitated the bizarre interview Joaquin Phoenix did on David Letterman.
We’re not so much into making fun of Joaquin, and more concerned that he’ll be okay. We are hoping Joaquin is only acting for the "documentary" he’s filming.
Jimmy Fallon Late Night Online

Jimmy Fallon is set to replace Conan O’Brien on Late Night, and O’Brien will replace Jay Leno on the Tonight Show. To garner more interest, NBC will debut Fallon line several months before the show starts.
NBC tried to retain Leno, but he said he’ll find a job elsewhere. It doesn’t appear Leno, who is the king of late night television, was ready to retire. NBC has made a lot of bad business decisions, so we’ll have to wait and see how Fallon and O’Brien do.
Jimmy Fallon Confirmed as New Late Night Host

Jimmy Fallon will be officially named as the new host of Late Night when Conan O’Brien takes over the Tonight Show after Jay Leno steps down. A news conference is planned for Monday to make the announcement.
Fallon is a funny guy, but I still can’t see him succeeding as a late night host. Surprise me Fallon!
Aiken to Come Out
Clay Aiken was on QVC to promote his CD. He even sang his new single The Real Me. The entire song screams of a gay man who is aching to come out. If Clay had just been open about his sexuality he may have become a bigger star, and instead of appearing on QVC, he could have been promoting his album on David Letterman, Jay Leno, and Conan O’Brien.
