Colin Farrell was on the Ellen DeGeneres show today to promote his movie Pride and Glory which opens Friday. He really needs to cut his hair, shave, and take a bath. He looks greasy.

Pride and Glory was directed by Gavin O’ Connor, and stars Edward Norton and Colin Farrell. The movie hits theaters October 24. It looks so good.

Colin Farrell rear ended a car the other day near Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. He left a note on the car, his phone number, and said he’d pay for the damage.

Why was he distracted enough to get into an accident?

We heard a few days ago, and confirmed it today, that Colin and his girlfriend bought a pregnancy test to see if she is pregnant on the day Colin got into the car accident pictured above. We saw the receipt. No word yet on the test results.

Colin Farrell got really thin for a movie called Triage. Friends are worried about his health. He is currently filming in Spain. Tom Hanks also got very thin for a movie called Cast Away.

During an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman, Colin Farrell said he desperately tried to cling to his hell raising lifestyle after James was born, but eventually decided to get a grip, go to rehab and grow up.

"I’m quiet now. Boring," he told David Letterman. "I do incredibly tedious things like hanging out with my son."

In 2003, Colin’s ex-girlfriend, model Kim Bordenave, gave birth to James, who suffers from a genetic disorder called Angelman Syndrome. Two years later, the actor checked himself into rehab for drug addiction and alcohol.

"Fatherhood doesn’t change your life, it doesn’t, unless you want it to," the 31-year-old actor told the talk show host. "And it took me about two-and-a-half years to [say] ’What am I fighting?’ and ’Why do I want to hold on to my idea of this youth?’… and allowed fatherhood to change my life."

Heath Ledger it seems was following the same path, but his journey ended in tragedy. Colin was the lucky one.
