The New York Daily News said yesterday that Lindsay Lohan is spending her time in rehab daydreaming about reviving her music … umm … "career" (?). Rush and Malloy say:

Insiders say Lohan has let Universal Music execs know she’s ready to deliver the third album she owes. But do they want it?

Guided by Casablanca label head Tommy Mottola, Lohan recorded the 2004 CD "Speak," which sold a respectable 1.6 million copies here and abroad. Her 2005 followup, "A Little More Personal," did more than 600,000 units.

Mottola had been after Lohan to get back into the studio, but she didn’t have time with all the movies she was making. Then came her two DUI arrests and a charge of cocaine possession. Amid reports that insurance companies were afraid to bond her pictures, her schedule freed up.

But lately, relations between Mottola and Lohan are said to have cooled. (He didn’t return our calls.) And others at Universal Music are approaching her cautiously.

"As much as she wants to make another album," says one insider, "the feeling is she needs to get herself cleaned up. Then we can talk about it."

For an industry that prides itself on sex, drugs, and violence, they do have a bottom line which involves making money. Lohan’s first record was due to her previous success as a child actress, the second dropped to about 1/3 of the first album’s sales. Lohan’s third album would probably sell as many as Paris Hilton. Lohan’s movies don’t make money either. Lohan should just give up on Hollywood and join the circus where she fits in.

Yesterday Michael and Dina Lohan came to an agreement in their divorce:

Though the terms of the agreement were not disclosed, state Supreme Court Justice Robert A. Ross reportedly told the Lohans, ‘You have both demonstrated to me extraordinarily good judgment in resolving this matter as you did.’ Despite today’s events, the Lohans will be in family court on Sept. 6 to determine a custody and visitation agreement for their underage children, 13-year-old Aliana and 11-year-old Dakota.

I feel for the judge. Imagine trying to decide between Dina who has been pictured drinking and doing drugs with Lindsay, and Michael who has been in jail for the past 2 years on a DUI charge. He might as well give the kids to a pack of wolves. I guess it could be worse. The kids could have been raised by Jihad loving parents, who strap bomb belts on the kids and tell them to go out and make them proud.

When Lindsay was at Promises she went roller blading and bicycling on the beach, then relapsed only 11 days later. Now she’s at the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah where she stays busy by hiking, bicycling, and whitewater-rafting. On August 16 she went for a 90-minute bike ride around Orem, and the next day she went rafting on the Provo River dressed in a pirate bandanna. She was also seen shopping at an Abercrombie and Fitch store and at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory where she picked up $70 worth of chocolates.

If you didn’t know Lindsay was a drunk and a drug addict in need of rehab, you might get the justified impression that Promises and Cirque Lodge were either summer camps or spas. They probably smoke pot around the camp fire, and eat pot brownies all day, to keep their clients more relaxed during their stay. At a real rehab they’d lock you in your room after searching it, wake you up with a fire hose, lock you in a box for 2 days in the hot sun outside if you misbehave, make you exercise, and learn how to take care of yourself during difficult circumstances, like trying to make it out of a swamp filled with poisonous snakes and no water or food for a week. That hat Lindsay is wearing should say "fake."

A woman named Tracie Rice filed suit today against Lindsay Lohan, claiming she was in the car Lindsay chased on July 24th, the night of Lindsays most recent arrest for DUI and possession of cocaine. Rice says she was in the SUV driven by Michelle Peck, the mother of Lohans former assistant. Rice says Lohan, “put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life." TMZ reports:

According to the suit, Tracie Rice was in the SUV driven by Michelle Peck, the mother of LiLo’s former assistant. Rice says she "was convinced that their lives were in danger and that they had to outrun the pursuing car or they might be killed." The night of the incident, Rice claims Peck was so terrified at being chased by Lohan that she drove through a barricade and into the parking lot near the Santa Monica Police Station. Rice says she jumped out of the Cadillac Escalade and ran toward police officers and saw a woman, who turned out to be Lohan, run from another SUV toward her. "Police officers approached all of them with guns drawn," the suit said.

The suit was filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court. She’s suing LiLo for intentional infliction of emotional distress, and also seeks unspecified damages and payment of medical and other expenses.

Police had guns drawn on a big breasted freckled stick girl on coke and alcohol. This is just like a scene out of Terminator 4. Lindsay is unstoppable. I heard she beat up an armed coke dealer that night and made him cry like a baby. She even had his balls hanging from her mirror during the high speed chase. No wonder this Rice girl was so scared. The Daily Mail says today that Amy Winehouse and her husband have flown to the US to immediately begin an intensive drug counseling and detox program after finally admitting that they have a serious drug problem. Winehouse, who collapsed last week after taking a cocktail of heroin, ecstasy, cocaine and the horse tranquilizer ketamine.

Winehouse decided to take action over her problems during crisis talks at a five-star hotel in Hampshire where she was recovering with her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil.

She was reported to have been caught smoking heroin in her suite by a friend, at which point her father Mitch flipped.

Mitch arrived the next day with his wife Janis, and Fielder-Civil’s stepfather Giles Civil and mother Georgette.
According to a source close to the family, the meeting descended into a row and at one point Mr Winehouse grabbed Mr Civil by the throat.

The source told a newspaper: "It broke Amy’s heart to see her parents and in-laws fighting. That was when she realized the drink and drugs were causing problems for everyone." Blake and Winehouse both denied injecting heroin.

The source said: "At one point both Amy and Blake stripped to prove they had not been using needles.
"But they realise that if they don’t get help now, they will both die young. This is their wake-up call."
The couple flew to the US later on Saturday and are today in their third day of intensive counseling and detox treatment.

No needle marks except for that one Amy got after her husband shot her with a tranquilizer dart while he hovered above her in a helicopter. It seems odd Amy would fly to the U.S. to get treatment when she was already in rehab, but she probably heard how successful rehab has been for Britney and Lindsay.

TMZ has an incredible interview this morning with three men who say they were in the car that Lindsay Loahn basically stole when she was arrested Tuesday morning for DUI. They were at the party in Malibu with Lindsay when her assistant quit, sending Lindsay into a "rampage". They say Lindsay was drunk and possibly high at the time and she took their white GMC Denali and raced down Pacific Coat Highway at 100 miles per hour, running red lights and chasing her assistant. When they tried to grab the wheel and force Lindsay to stop, Lindsay said, "If you touch me I’ll sue you." When they asked her to stop and warned her they might get caught, Lindsay said, "I can’t get in trouble. I’m a celebrity. I can do whatever the f_ck I want." TMZ says:

The guys say Lindsay then began to chase (her assistant) at speeds of up to 80 MPH through Santa Monica, blowing multiple red lights.

Dante realized the mother (of the assistant) was driving to the police station and warned Lindsay if she didn’t stop she’d get in hot water. He says Lindsay responded, "I’m a celebrity. I’m not going to get in trouble."

The two cars stopped in a parking lot near the cop shop. When police arrived, Dante says it seemed as if Lindsay told officers, "I wasn’t driving. The black kid was driving."

Dante and Jakon say they saw Lindsay flunk the field sobriety test. They say when she tried touching her nose, she almost fell over.

As Ronnie put it "It was pretty much the worst night of my entire summer."

It’s hard to imagine these three innocent looking guys involved in drugs or a high speed car chase, but they claim they were overpowered by the Freckled Terminator. They were probably just getting ready to go home because they needed to attend church early in the morning.

Lindsay is stupid enough to say something like "…I can do whatever the f_ck I want." It is a mystery though why she would force someone to give her their pants when they have cocaine in them. Why didn’t she just say "Give me your cocaine, I already have pants." The one big hole in Lindsay’s "the black kid was driving" story is the fact that she drove over one of the guy’s foot when he tried to get out.

Lindsay is really a Freckled Terminator from the future, but she’s a low tech outdated version and that’s why she uses cocaine as fuel, and chases cars with another car rather than on foot.

Rob Schneider did a dead on impression of Lindsay Lohan when he took her spot on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night.

My favorite lie from Lindsay Lohan today was that the cocaine in her pocket wasn’t hers. Lohan is such a great friend to carry drugs in her pocket for her friends. She’d probably help her friend get rid of a dead body too. That’s true friendship. She probably won’t tell us who’s cocaine it was in her pocket, because then she’d be a snitch, and she’s too cool to roll over on a friend. Reports said cocaine was found "in her blood" that was taken from her after her first DUI accident. I suppose the cocaine in her blood was someone else’s too. Lohan = habitual liar. I suppose someone else was blowing into the breathalyzer on her second DUI, and someone else was driving during the car chase.

Lohan is facing up to 6 years in prison. Like father like daughter. Is her mother going to get the next DUI?

Lohan should have said something like she thought the white powder was Splenda, since she’s trying to avoid substances from the (sugar)caine family.
