Mischa Barton and former musician beau Cisco Adler met in Malibu on April 1. Just say NO to butt cleavage.

Mischa Barton and Cisco Adler have decided to end their relationship of a year-and-a-half, Barton’s rep confirms.

"Mischa and Cisco have decided to part ways,” says the actress’ rep. “Mischa is moving east soon and they both have very demanding schedules."

Mischa is finally realizing that pot smoking, ball sack sagging, Cisco is really a loser with long hair, and she can do better.

Mischa Barton, 21, is embarrassed by Cisco Adler. A source says the couple split after nude photos of Adler, 28, surfaced on the Web.

This NSFW pic of Adler with his disgusting balls hanging to his knees, which turned up among Paris Hilton’s possessions when the contents of the heiress’ unpaid storage locker were posted online at parisexposed.com (the site was later shut down).

Says a source, "They had a blowup. She was furious." Even more surprising was that Barton wasn’t upset when photogs snapped pictures of Barton and Adler making a stop at a medical marijuana shop in Los Angeles that the D.E.A. raided 15 minutes after Adler excited with a bag from the shop.

Barton’s rep had no comment, and Adler’s could not be reached. A statement issued today by Contango Records, the label that manages Cisco’s band, Whitestarr, said: "They are fine, very happy together." Mischa and Adler are still together despite reports to the contrary.

Adler himself is unfazed saying, "I think it’s pretty rock ’n’ roll. You know, if it was like yesterday I would’ve freaked out, but then I looked at the picture and I was like, ’Oh, that’s from like 2001. Whatever.’ " His low hanging balls haven’t gotten any better since 2001 either.

The former O.C. actress has been dating the rocker since August 2005, two months after she ended her one-year relationship with oil heir Brandon Davis. Adler was once engaged to Kimberly Stewart, daughter of Rod Stewart.

Cicsco Adler and Mischa Barton came within minutes of being part of a search and seizure warrant being executed on a medical marijuana distribution center on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood on January 17. Adler’s visit to the center that day was no different than any number of times he visited it. As usual, Cisco, 28, parked his Mercedes on the busy street with girlfriend Mischa, 20, waiting patiently in the passenger seat. Cisco was buzzed in, and after less than five minutes he appeared with a small white bag, and the two drove off.

As they left, the former OC star and her rocker beau failed to notice that two nearby side streets were lined with police cars, and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) officers wearing bullet proof vests who were preparing to raid the small store front.

Just fifteen minutes after Cisco and Mischa drove off, the agents stormed in and sifted through documents, copied hard drives, and carted away pounds of marijuana and other paraphernalia.

Medical marijuana became legal in California in 1996. While California technically legalized medical marijuana, the Federal Government still considers it illegal, and the Feds have all the power over the state. Local officials lately have been taking legal action as well as the DEA to crack down on shops.

So, while we don’t know what painful and life-threatening ailment has stricken Cisco Adler that he needs his almost daily dose of marijuana, we do know that he may have to find other avenues to fulfill his special needs.

The DEA raided four other medical marijuana distribution centers in the West Hollywood area, reportedly because other retailers had "informed" them that the businesses had caused the crime in their area to increase, also allegations were made that the shops were distributing marijuana to those who do not have a medical need, such as Cisco Adler, and distributing other drugs from their shops.

Local officials in Los Angeles are now calling for a suspension of all pot shops until they can investigate if the pot shops are operating within the limitations of the law. People like Cisco, and others abusing the law, may cause legitimately ill people, like cancer patients that use marijuana to lessen their nausea during chemotherapy, to suffer as they did before the law was passed. The DEA needs to bust Cisco with the picture evidence, his doctor, and the pot shop should be shut down if Cisco doesn’t have a legitimate need for the marijuana.
