Christina Applegate Diagnosed With Breast Cancer

Christina Applegate (36) has been diagnosed with breast cancer. A rep for Applegate said in a statement late Saturday:

"Christina Applegate was diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer. Benefiting from early detection through a doctor ordered MRI, the cancer is not life threatening. Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors, and will have a full recovery. No further statement will be issued at this time."

On July 1st Applegate’s boyfriend, Lee Grivas (26), was found dead in his apartment, and now she is dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis. This is a difficult time for Applegate. We wish her all the best. Stay strong.

Christina Aguilera May be Drinking Too Much

In January of 2008 Christina Aguilera had a baby. Not long after that she started hitting the clubs, and walking out looking completely drunk. At the time there was concern she was still breast feeding. It’s been five months, and Aguilera is still hitting the clubs, and apparently the alcohol pretty hard.

Last night Aguilera needed two people to help her walk from the Bel Air Hotel to her waiting car, after it appears she once again drank too much alcohol.

I’m starting to become concerned that Aguilera may need some help kicking what appears to be an alcohol addiction. Thankfully she isn’t driving herself.

Squeaky clean Aguilera may be the latest celebrity to fall victim to excess and addiction.

Angelina Jolie Back on Top of Baby Bid War

A long time ago the Star bought Lisa Marie Presley’s baby pictures back in 1989 for $100,000, and everyone was shocked. Today baby pictures are a big business with an escalating price war. Recently Angelina Jolie was on top when she sold Shiloh’s pictures for $4 million. Nicole Richie got $1 million, Christina Aguilera got $1.5 to $2 million, and Jennifer Lopez got a reported $6 million for pictures of her twins.

Now Angelina Jolie is reported to be pregnant with twins. The bidding war has already begun with bids ranging from $8 to $10 million.

Christina Aguilera and Max Say Hello

Christina Aguilera, Jordan Bratman, and their son Max, all posed the cover of Hello magazine. What makes this family so happy … dogs. Christian told Hello:

"I didn’t want any surprises. Honestly, I didn’t want any [vaginal] tearing. I had heard horror stories of women going in and having to have an emergency C-section [anyway]. The hardest part was deciding on his birthday. I wanted to leave it up to fate, but at the same time I was ready to be done early!"

Even though a C-section is four times more likely to have complications, it’s considered very safe since there have been so many performed over the years. Plus you only end up with bikini line scar that looks like a smiley face, if you include the belly button, and n!pples.

Christina described Jordan:

"Jordan wasn’t squeamish at all. He had the video camera ready to go. The most reassuring thing for me was hearing that first beautiful cry. I just welled up with tears."

Jordan is always high, so of course he’s mello. Max is a beautiful baby. His parents really have a bundle of joy now.
