Christian Bale Will Not Be Charged with Assault

Christian Bale will not be charged over claims of assault following a July 20 London disagreement with his mother and sister, who provoked a conflict when they asked him for £100,000 ($186,788) on the night of a big Batman premiere.
Prosecutors at England’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) have reviewed the case, and determined it is not in the public interest nor is there sufficient evidence to gain a conviction. A Metropolitan Police spokesman said:
"On the advice of the CPS we shall be taking no further action. We will not be commenting further."
The CPS released a statement Thursday about the case saying:
"We can today confirm that we have advised the Metropolitan Police Service that the actor Christian Bale should not face any charges following an incident which occurred in relation to his mother and sister at the Dorchester hotel on 21 July this year."
"Whilst the CPS treats all incidents which take place in a domestic context seriously, it is important that the views of complainants are also taken into account when making decisions in such cases."
"Taking all the factors into consideration, the decision has been taken that there is insufficient evidence to afford a realistic prospect of conviction, and accordingly the police have been advised that no further action should be taken against Mr. Bale."
Hopefully Bale will distance himself now from his greedy mother and sister.
Christian Bale Sister Sharon Wanted Money

Over the weekend Christian Bale was accused by his mother Jenny Bale and sister Sharon Bale of verbal assault, and was arrested. The Sun now reveals Sharon, who has two daughters aged 10 and 12, plus a new baby from a new relationship, asked Christian for $200,000 to raise her children the evening she and her mother accused Christian of assault. Now tabloids are offering Jenny and Sharon big bucks for their story. As we said before, it’s a shakedown.
In the picture above Christian and his wife Sibi Bale attended the Spanish premiere of The Dark Knight in Barcelona, Spain last night, showing no signs of the rumored marital strain. When asked by reporters about the allegations of assault Christian said:
"It’s a deeply personal matter. I would ask you to respect my privacy in the matter."
Jenny and Sharon should be deeply ashamed for what they have done to Christian.
Christian Bale Shakedown

Sources say that Jenny Bale and her daughter are being offered big bucks to tell the story of how Christian Bale verbally assaulted them. Cops who are investigating are starting to realize the whole incident was nothing more than a shakedown for money.
Jenny provoked her son after he allowed her and his sister into his hotel suite last Sunday, then she went to a police station to report he verbally assaulted her.
Media outlets should not be rewarding Christian’s bad mother, especially when it’s so obvious she’s lying. It’s no wonder he chose to live in Los Angeles with his father, who became Christians manager.
Christian Bale Mother Drove Him into a Rage

The Daily Mail is reporting today more details about the conflict between Christian Bale, and his mother Jenny Bale, that resulted in her going to a police station to report verbal assault. The report points the finger directly at the mother for inflaming and provoking her son, like only a mother’s hurtful words can do. The report says:
"Christian was stressed, but he didn’t lay a finger on anyone. Instead, he flew off the handle and cussed his mother. He just got very loud because his mother was saying some very outrageous things about him, and his wife."
"Christian’s attitude is that this was his mother’s fault because she became very provocative in an argument they were having,’" the source said, adding: "Things got out of control and he now says he wishes he just left the room."
"Normally Christian would just call a friend and go out to a pub to cool off. But he was literally trapped into this confrontation with his mother and sister because there was an army of fans and paparazzi outside."
"They’re going to need a "cooling off" period because his mother said some pretty outrageous things to him that really set him off."
"He regrets the way she treated him in their argument a lot more than having to talk to police about it. Christian has admitted that something just snapped, but he didn’t threaten anyone with violence."
What puzzles me is that Christian’s mother also did her share of shouting, and verbally abused Christian. Why didn’t police arrest her as well, as they did Christian. It takes two to have an argument.
If I were advising Christian at this point in his career I’d tell him to keep his mother, and sister who was involved in this fight, away from him so he can stay focused, and keep those trouble makers from bringing more trouble into his life.
Christian Bale Mother and Sister are Source of Dispute

Christian Bale had an interesting childhood. He grew up in a hippy environment. His mother Jenny Bale was a circus clown and dancer. Christian spent most of his childhood with his sisters Louise Bale and Sharon. On Sunday Jenny and his sister Sharon Bale accused Christian of verbal assault and he was arrested in London.
Christian’s sister Sharon originally denied knowing anything about the alleged assault, but finally admitted:
"OK, there was an incident but the police are dealing with it."
"It is an extremely sensitive situation. There is nothing more I can say."
Christian’s mother Jenny Bale added:
"Yes I was there and yes there was a family situation but the police are handling it, and I cannot say anymore at the moment."
"We didn’t call the police to the scene. I can’t say anymore but we didn’t call the police."
Jenny and her daughter went to a police station in Hampshire to make the allegation of verbal assault, and alleged that Christian pushed his mother out of the way [after his mother pushed Christian to the edge emotionally].
Sources said the argument was over a long-running family dispute.
The family dispute could have been over a lot of things, and was most certainly made worse by the poor relationship between Christian and his mother. In 1991, when Christian was 13 years-old, his father and mother divorced. At the age of 17 Christian moved to Los Angeles to live with his father. His father, David Bale, died at the age of 62 in December of 2003. Since moving to LA Christian has only been back to Wales once.
In a previous interview, Jenny said Christian had never shunned or snubbed her. Despite Christian’s obvious effort to maintain positive relations with his mother and sisters, there are still a lot of raw feelings.
In 1988, a 14-year-old Christian Bale attended the London premiere of "Empire of the Sun" with his mom Jenny and two sisters pictured above. Now that his mother and sister Sharon got him arrested, and accused him of verbal assault, perhaps Christian will now further distance himself from his troubled family. His mother is trouble.
Sharon Bale is pictured below hours after she made her allegation of assault. Below the picture of Sharon is a video of Christian at the London premiere of The Dark Knight before he went in to be voluntarily arrested and questioned.
