Chris Brown Pleads Not Guilty

Chris Brown appeared in court today with his attorney Mark Geragos, and plead not guilty to the charges against him regarding a domestic dispute with Rihanna.
The charges against Brown are assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury and making criminal threats. If convicted on both charges, he faces a maximum sentence of four years and eight months in prison.
Although Rihanna attacked Brown first, our sexist courts would never believe a man who claims self defense, nor has Rihanna been charged with a crime for attacking Brown. Equality does not exist for men in the United States.
The next hearing in the case is scheduled for April 29.

Rihanna is Partying in Barbados

Rihanna has returned to her native Barbados for a little carefree partying. Rihanna is pictured above with the island’s Prime Minister David Thompson, while she holds an Ethiopian flag.
Chris Brown is due in court tomorrow morning where he is expected to plead not guilty. Rihanna does not have to be present at the hearing. There are rumors that Brown wants a plea deal, however, with Rihanna making it clear she wants the charges dropped, the prosecution may do exactly that.
Chris Brown Playing Basketball

Chris Brown played a game of pickup basketball at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia on Tuesday evening.
We’re happy to see he is keeping himself busy with healthy activities.

Rihanna Still Working with Prosecutors

Donald Etra, who is the attorney for Rihanna, says rumors today that said she is not cooperating with prosecutors is "totally incorrect." The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman, Sandi Gibbons, agreed saying:
"We have been in contact with her attorney, and he has always said she is a cooperating victim."
In the sexist court system, Rihanna is a victim even though she hit Chris Brown first. Rihanna is more of an accomplice.
Gibbons added:
"There is no need for her to appear next Monday. She is not the defendant, Chris Brown is."
We’ll see what happens on Monday April 6.
The best decision Rihanna and Brown made was staying away from each other.
Rihanna and Chris Brown Intimate Tape

Star magazine claims Rihanna and Chris Brown made an intimate tape that Rihanna fears could be released. Star cites a source that allegedly says:
"Rihanna has no issues with her sexuality, but she’d be mortified if her friends and family found this out!"
"This whole beating incident is terribly humiliating for her. She’s already traumatized and will do anything to make it all go away as quickly as possible."
Whatever. This story is complete B.S. Star is trying to fabricate a story to excuse Rihanna for trying to keep Brown from being convicted of assaulting her. The fact is, Rihanna hit Brown first, and she hasn’t been charged. We think Rihanna is doing the right thing, because they are both equally guilty. Authorities need to cut Brown loose, and order both of them into counseling, or charge Rihanna too. Apply the law equally, or not at all.
We wish there was a tape, and there could be, but we don’t believe Star’s story.
