Fuente will require surgery to repair the ruptured tendon, which was confirmed by an MRI. His doctor said the surgery could be performed at a later date.

Shannon Elizabeth and Derek Hough were voted off, which was expected since Elizabeth CRIED throughout their final dance.

Fuente should have done the right thing and just withdraw from the competition. His arm needs surgery, and he needs it to dance. Of course, if Heather Mills can dance with one leg, maybe Fuente can pull it off with one arm, but it’s doubtful.

Cristian De La Fuente pulled a muscle in his left forearm tonight dancing with his partner Cheryl Burke on Dancing with the Stars. The forearm injury was so serious Cristian was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Since it was their second dance, the judges evaluated them up until the injury. The couple received a score of 21 out of 30, which was the lowest score of the night.

Before the injury Cristian looked like he was stiff all over while he was dancing. Someone might have forgotten to stretch out, which can easily result in a pulled muscle.

Star Magazine is reporting that Dancing with the Stars partners, Drew Lachey, who is Nick Lachey’s brother, and Cheryl Burke, are having an intimate relationship. The scandalous part is that Drew is married, and the father of a two year-old daughter. A source said:

"They didn’t go very far to cover it up. Cheryl was constantly draped all over Drew. They held hands, had their legs intertwined and were always touching inappropriately."

Cheryl’s then-boyfriend Matthew Lawrence discovered his girlfriend was cheating when he walked in on the pair, catching them in the act, according to several Star Mag sources.

Matthew found his girlfriend cheating when he went to retrieve something from her dressing room as the tour hit Jacksonville, Fla. on January 22, an eight-week-long Star investigation uncovered. They say he ran out screaming after seeing Cheryl and Drew having oral sex.

The insiders say that the next day, as tour members prepared to get on the bus to leave town, Drew had to be restrained as he ranted at Matthew and his brother, Joey in the parking lot. "If you talk about this, I’ll bury you Matt. I’ll bury you Joey. I’m serious I will hurt you," he screamed.

While Matthew told Star, "There are too many things going on. I can’t talk about it," lawyers for both Drew and Cheryl are strongly denying any affair between the two.

A report claiming the pair had an affair are "completely false and cannot be further from the truth," a rep for Lachey tells PEOPLE. A rep for Burke adds, "The story that Cheryl is involved with Drew Lachey started two years ago when they were partners on Dancing with the Stars. It wasn’t true then and it isn’t true now."

A source close to the show also called the report "untrue and irresponsible."

This type of false report is irresponsible, and so is cheating when you’re married with children, as Eliot Spitzer knows all too well.
