Joel Madden said today on his blog that he and girlfriend Nicole Richie are in fact NOT married:

"I keep getting emails from old friends and family asking about a wedding. NO we didn’t get married."

The at-home wedding with no guests in Star’s article makes it hard to imagine they are the only magazine that know "the truth" beside Joel and Nicole. We believe Joel.

According to reports, Joel Madden and the mother of his two children Nicole Richie were secretly married on Wednesday, and obtained a marriage license last week.

If this is true then congratulations!

Khloe Kardashian is set to marry L.A. Lakers player Lamar Odom this weekend at the home of family friend Irving Azoff. The couple have only been dating for one month.

Does this seem impulsive to anyone?

Invtitations have been sent out to 200 guests already.

It is obvious to me that Khole was inspired by all the attention Kourtney Kardashian started getting when she announced her pregnancy. Kourtney is not married, so Khole is probably planning a quick wedding, then a pregnancy, which she will use for publicity. Khloe is already collecting money from interviews, and pics.

Odom doesn’t appear to be the sharpest crayon in the box. Hopefully he has Khole sign a prenup.

Zooey Deschanel and Ben Gibbard secretly got married on Saturday outside of Seattle.

Congratulations.

I realize Gibbard is the Death Cab for Cutie lead singer, and he started out in the grunge days, but these are the get-a-haircut days. I’d be embarrassed walking around with a haircut like that. Bill Gates and Donald Trump have better hair than Gibbard.

Alyssa Milano (36) married her talent agent David Bugliari at his family’s estate in New Jersey on Saturday.

The couple exchanged traditional vows under a wrought-iron gazebo decorated with willow, calla lilies and roses. Among the guests was actor Bradley Cooper, a friend of the groom.

"We wanted a wedding that was reflective of who we are as a couple" says Milano, who calls meeting her husband in 2006 "a lovely gift." Milano added:

"My Italian family still eats Sunday dinner together every week. We wanted to capture the same feeling with people passing around beautiful bowls of food and talking and laughing."

Bugliari, an agent at the Creative Artists Agency, "proposed to Milano last December with a ring he designed and made by Jim Lavi at Daniel Jewelry in La Jolla, California.

When an actress who lives in the spotlight rarely mentions her husband publicly, it seems a critical element is missing that would make this a lasting marriage. Further evidence is the fact there are no wedding pictures for us to digest.
