Gisele Bundchen said in her own words that she and Tom Brady are not engaged:

"Imagine, it was Dec. 24, Christmas, we were flying to Boston, then there was some champagne and we celebrated the date. Ready? Someone deduced I was getting engaged! I received more than 100 e-mails from friends commenting about the proposal. Now there’s a new rumor, that he proposed to me on last Friday. I wasn’t even there, how can that be true?”

"This talk of Costa Rica must be for the fact I have a house there. I don’t know yet if it’s going to be here or in another country, but what I know is that it’s going to be something small, a simple ceremony. I don’t like parties, I prefer something more intimate, just for the closest people.”

So Gisele says she and Tom are not engaged, but they are getting married sometime in the future.

We think they probably ARE engaged, and plan to try to sell pictures of the wedding, as well as give an exclusive interview with the surprise announcement they got married.

Porn star, and mainstream crossover star, Sasha Grey (20) will be getting married to her photographer Ian Cinnamon. A date has not yet been set. Ian escorted Sasha to the AVN Awards recently.

Hopefully Sasha will take a day off, and wash her mouth out, before the wedding and honeymoon.

Alyssa Milano (36) is enaged to be married to her CAA agent David Bugliari. David proposed on December 18. The couple had been dating for more than a year. Milano told Details in 2007 she has a fetish for Major League pitchers including Carl Pavano, Barry Zito and Brad Penny:

"I’ve gotten such sh!t about my dating choices. Like, every single article … is about how I’m ’the chick that dates athletes… I’d love to just find a good plumber or doctor."

Zooey Deschanel got engaged to musician Ben Gibbard just before Christmas. The couple have been together for almost a year. A friend said "she is so excited."

Rumors over Christmas claimed Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen got engaged to be married. The rumor said Tom popped the question on a private plane in front of their parents who were onboard.

Brady’s father, Tom Brady Sr., told The Boston Globe on Friday that reports of his son’s engagement were "rumor, rumor, rumor … We don’t know a thing about it. Nobody told me. We talked to him and there’s nothing to say."

The Boston Herald reported that the couple strolled down Bean Town’s Beacon Street on Friday – and that Bündchen (28) was without an engagement ring.

Bündchen’s twin sister, Patricia, also denied the report, saying in an e-mail that the engagement story, which first surfaced on TMZ, is "not true."

Reached by PEOPLE, Bündchen’s rep declined to comment. Stacey James, a spokesman for the Patriots, responded, "I heard the report that he proposed on a plane, but I don’t think it’s true." Still, he added, "Tom keeps his private life private."
