Lindsey Evans (18), the now former Miss Teen Louisiana, lost her crown 11 days early after being arrested on charges of leaving a restaurant without paying, and being arrested for possession of marijuana. Evans will have to return her sash and crown, but won’t have to return any other prizes or cash equivalents.

What a loser.

Lindsay Lohan has been sued by Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter, and Dante Nigro. Last year Lohan hijacked their SUV, and raced around the streets of Los Angeles with them in the car in a raging pursuit of her former assistant who was in another car. The three men claim Lohan "endangered their lives."

The men also claim that a very "hostile" Lohan said she could do what she wanted because she is a celebrity, ran red lights, and drove like a crazy woman down the Pacific Coast Highway. At the end of it all Lohan was arrested for her second DUI, and spend one day in jail.

Lohan’s lawyer, Ed McPherson, said the suit is absurd because "these guys had the night of their lives."

McPherson would be right only if the three men had hired Lohan to drive them around like that, but since she did so without their permission, and got a DUI for doing it, it’s called a crime.

Lindsey Evans (18), who is Miss Teen Louisiana USA and third runner up in Miss Teen USA, ate at Posados Cafe in Bossier City, Louisiana on Saturday with three friends. After the bill came, the girls ran out on the bill, but Evans the airhead left her purse behind.

The restaurant manager found Evans’ purse, which contained her driver’s license, and a plastic bag of marijuana.

There’s no truth to the rumor that marijuana makes you dumber riiiiiight?

Evans, who attends Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and her friends pulled back into the parking lot to recover the purse. That’s when police recognized Evans from her driver’s license photo.

Jennifer Martin (22) who was one of girls arrested, said Evans actually left cash for her share of the bill and the other three were ready to pay with debit cards.

That story might have helped Evans avoid arrest if she hadn’t been in possession of illegal narcotics.

So why did the girls dine and dash? Martin explained:

"The service was so slow, we just said, ’screw it’ and left."

The criminal always says, "I was just trying to do the right thing, and these cops arrested me."

Nick Hogan was met by his sister after he was released from jail at 12:30 am this morning, but his parents were not present.

I’d say clear the streets, but Nick won’t be driving since his driver’s license will remain suspended for the next three years. Nick also has to complete 500 hours of community service. It’s too bad the judge didn’t sentence Nick to 500 hours of caring for his victim John Graziano, and wiping John’s butt when he makes a doody.

Next up for Nick will be the civil case against him from John’s parents, and Nick’s new reality TV show he planned in the first days of his confinement.

David Beckham and Victoria Beckham were informed by Victoria’s parents, Tony and Jackie Adams, that the couple had been robbed. After seeing Beckham items on sale on Ebay, the Adams checked the Beckham home in England and found those items were missing. The items included some of David’s soccer shoes, and some of Victoria’s clothes.

The thieves were turned out to be their own housekeepers, a couple in their fifties named Eric and June Emmett. The couple worked for the Beckham’s for over 10 years, and after getting fired they denied they did it. Police are investigating.

Victoria’s parents must spend a lot of time on Ebay.
