Police say that Rachel Lee (19), above left, is considered to be the "master mind" of the robberies, or burglaries, of the celebrity homes of Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan, Hayden Panettiere, Rachel Bilson, and Audrina Patridge.

Lee was arrested on Thursday in Las Vegas, Nevada. Law enforcement claim Lee is suspected of organizing a plan to steal cash, jewelry, clothing, luggage, purses, and other personal items. When Lee was busted, cops impounded a variety of items from her father’s Las Vegas home, including two laptops, photographs of a partially n*de woman (Paris Hilton), photographs of Lee’s friends, more than two hundred $100 bills, a Korean passport and a vial of marijuana.

Cops found a series of items that may have been taken from various celebrity homes. The items include a hat linked to Lindsay Lohan, jeans linked to Rachel Bilson, and partially n*de photographs linked to Paris Hilton.

Police also arrested Nicholas Prugo (above), who police suspect was just as involved as Lee. Prugo has a previous narcotics conviction, according to reports.

Burgulary suspect Alexis Neiers (above), aka Alexis Taylor, says Nick Prugo was definitely involved:

"I know for a fact Nick did all of these burglaries. He did every single burglary, he told me this after the police let him go. Nick is blaming people, trying to get the blame off himself."

Alexis then described the roles of the other four suspects:

"Rachel Lee was his [Prugo’s] main accomplice, and they brought Diana Tamayo into this. Diana, Nick and Rachel did the burglaries together. Roy Lopez was the one who sold the stuff they had taken, and he’s friends with Courtney Ames and that’s why she was arrested."

Alexis finished up by explaining how she got caught up in the investigation, saying:

"The only reason they came to my house was because they thought I was holding property for Nick, they even searched my house and found nothing. I’m innocent in all of this and feel terrible for all the people who got robbed."

Why would Prugo, and all those other criminals, feel they could trust Alexis with details about their crimes? If she knows too much, she could also be involved.

Cops say the search warrants were issued in Los Angeles, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park and Las Vegas, and during one of the searches, "three firearms and a large amount of narcotics" were found."

Cops also say property recovered during the searches "was among that stolen during a series of burglaries committed at the residences of well known celebrities."

Courtney Ames (above) was also arrested after police found a picture, on Prugo’s computer, of Ames holding a ton of money in her hands. Alexis says Ames only got arrested because she is friends with Roy Lopez. Really? We don’t buy the stories Alexis is telling, and we doubt police are either. If they can find the evidence Alexis will probably be headed to jail next.

Adam Jasinski Arrested for Selling Oxycodone

  Share

Adam Jasinski, who won $500,000 in reality TV show Big Brother, was arrested for using his prize money to buy, and then sell 2,000 Oxycodone pills in Massachusetts to government agents.

According to federal prosecutors, Jasinski was arrested at a strip mall on Saturday while he showed the witness a sock containing two plastic bags filled with the narcotic. Adam threw the sock under a parked car when he was resisting arrest.

Adam now faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine on a charge of possession of Oxycodone pills with intent to distribute.

Selling drugs is not a good plan for investing your money. Real estate would be less risky even now.

Richard Heene Has a Criminal Record

richard heene under pressure Richard Heene Has a Criminal Record

Balloon Boy’s father, Richard Heene, is expected to be charged for his balloon hoax on Wednesday, and to that he says he will plead not guilty.

On September 28, 2009 Heene created a profile on realitywanted.com to try an get himself on a reality TV show again. This is some of the evidence the Sheriff will be using to prove Heene planned the stunt, and there have been people going on record to make the same claims.

A reality TV producer also came forward to talk about how mad he was at Heene for pitching a reality show to him where Heene and his sons chase storms. The reality producer said he turned Heene down when he discovered Heene also talked to TLC about the same show concept, but then tried to make it sound like his real reason was that Heene’s boys would have been put in "harms way." Uh huh, riiiiight.

The Heene parents have been reported to child services as well, so they are most likely starting to have marital problems due to all the outside pressure on the family. Just imagine how the boys must be feeling.

Since the media wants to see Heene behind bars they’ve dug up his criminal past.

Heene was arrested in April 1997 and charged with misdemeanor vandalism, vehicle tampering, and disturbing the peace.

On April 15, 1997, Heene pled no contest to vandalism and the other charges were dismissed. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 2 years probation and ordered to pay restitution of $100. Heene served only 4 days and was then placed under house arrest.

With all the backlash Richard put a sign on the door that read:

"Thank you for all of your support. We are not taking any interview any more. We are tired. Thank you. Heenes."

Richard’s grammar is just as good as Jon Gosselin’s so don’t judge.

At this point the media doesn’t need to ask anymore questions, they’ll just follow Heene’s legal, family, and marital problems. Richard really needs that reality show right about now to pay his legal bills.

The neighbors in Heene’s neighborhood look like they moved from Los Angeles when he did. Rough neighborhood.

Roman Polanski Hospitalized for Second Time

roman polanksi out of jail Roman Polanski Hospitalized for Second Time

Fugitive Roman Polanski was transferred from prison to a Zurich hospital for medical examinations Friday. The hospitalization, which is expected to last several days, involves an undisclosed medical condition.

This is the second hospitalization for Polanski (76) who has actually been admitted on at least one previous occasion since his arrest in Zurich on September 26.

The Swiss newspaper Blick reported Monday that he was admitted during the week of Oct. 5 for X-rays. "He was in the radiology department. But not under his own name, he used a pseudonym," the newspaper reports a hospital staffer as saying.

Polanski’s lawyer, Herve Temime, has continued to express concern over Polanski’s mental and physical health. After visiting with Polanski in prison last week, Temime told journalists that his client was depressed and tired. France’s consul general in Zurich, who has also visited Polanski in prison, expressed similar concerns.

"His general condition is no longer satisfactory," Temime said in a radio interview. "But the situation isn’t easy for any prisoners, even less so for a man the age of Polanski. One has to be attentive."

What’s known about Polanski’s ailment is that it’s a pre-existing condition that could not be treated in the prison facilities.

Sources in the justice ministry indicated over the weekend that Polanski is expected back in prison Monday or Tuesday. "It’s probably nothing bad, but Polanski will have to spend a few days in a hospital bed," a source told Blick.

A decision concerning the director’s request for release on bond is expected from a Swiss tribunal this week.

Meanwhile, a Paris newspaper is reporting that shortly after the director’s arrest in Zurich on Sept. 26, French President Nicolas Sarkozy personally telephoned President Barack Obama, appealing to him on the director’s behalf. According to the Journal de Dimanche, a source at the Elysees Palace claims the U.S. president brushed aside Sarkozy’s request, saying he was unable to become involved in California’s judicial system.

And Polanski isn’t getting any favors from Sacramento, either. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has said no Polanski pardon is forthcoming.

Knowing there may no other way out of jail, Polanski appears to be pulling the oldest trick in the book, pretending he is on his death bed, and claiming it would be cruel and unusual punishment to lock and old sick man up now. Polanski should be thankful that he lived his best years in luxury outside of jail, and now that his life reaching the end he should take responsibility for his past actions, and accept his punishment. All criminals say the same thing however, they all say they are innocent based on justications that stem from a twisted perception of reality and morality. Polanski admitted to being guilty, but said it was a lesser crime than he was accused.

Polanski should be shown the same consideration that he showed his victim.

Maria Shriver Asked About Talking on Cell Phone While Driving

  Share

Maria Shriver was on the Today Show when a cell phone started ringing, and Maria knew right away what was going on. Maria was caught on camera holding her cell phone while driving, illegal in California, so she said:

"Of all the things I’ve done in my life, this has gotten the most attention."

People who have a public image like Maria, are expected to set a good example for the rest of us. It’s good to see she doesn’t take it all personally.
