Adnan Ghalib (37) pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident in October after he hit a process server with his car in February. The public servent was trying to serve Ghalib with a restraining order to keep him away from Britney Spears.

Ghalib was ordered to attend a 52 week anger management program, was ordered to spend 45 days of Caltrans, which is hard labor, and will then be put on 36 months of probation.

Perez Hilton Getting Punched Picture

This is a picture of Perez Hilton getting punched by Black Eyed Peas manager Liborio Molina. Despite Perez’s big talk, he could not take a punch like a man, or even like a woman. What a whiny drama baby.

To get Perez to drop the criminal charges against him for assault Molina wrote this letter as requested by Perez:

"I apologize for what I did on June 22 of 2009, even though you engaged in highly offensive comments, including a homophobic slur to my clients, I acknowledge that these kinds of issues should not be resolved through a physical response."

Molina also agreed to avoid contact with Perez, not carry a weapon for one year, and to donate $476 to a family shelter.

Since Perez never deals with anyone fairly, he is suing Molina in civil court for more than $25,000 in damages, which he’ll most likely keep for himself rather than donating it.

We are hoping the judge requires Perez to pay Molina’s legal fees for a frivolous lawsuit, since they already settled the monetary damages for $476.

As for Perez, he has not apologized for calling Will.i.am a "faggot," nor has he apologized to Will.i.am for falsely accusing HIM of doing the punching. Since Will.i.am is secure with who he is, and takes responsibility for HIS actions, he doesn’t require an apology from a whining little baby like Perez.

Richard Heene Mug Shot

Richard Heene plead guilty to a class 4 felony of attempting to influence a public servant. Richard’s mug shot is above.

Mayumi Heene plead guilty to false reporting to authorities, which is a misdemeanor. Mayumi will not be booked since her offense is a misdemeanor.

Neither Heene will get jail time.

Michael Lohan Could Go To Jail

Michael Lohan released tapes of his conversations with Dina Lohan on the phone from back in 2008. The problem is that Dina had a protection order in effect until 2011 that forbids Michael from communicating with Dina, even by phone or email. Lindsay does not have a protective order.

If the court finds Michael violated the protective order he could go to jail. Dina won’t face any penalty, even though she had the order to protect her, but still spoke to Michael. If I were the judge I’d throw out the protective order since its obvious Dina doesn’t think she needs it. I’d also order Michael to stop releasing those tapes publicly, and to handle his family matters in private.

Last night Lindsay Lohan took another stab at her father by telling paparazzi taking pictures of her:

"Guys why don’t you go find my dad, he’s the one that wants the pictures."

Lindsay’s male companion then hit a parked care in front of them, and drove off, while the paparazzi chanted:

"Hit and run, hit and run."

The problem with the court system is they encourage family conflict with a winner and loser mentality, made worse sometimes with protective orders. It would be a nice change if courts started with counseling, since most families that end up in court are dysfunctional, and could use some understanding of their behavior.

Balloon Boy Parents Plead Guilty to Hoax

The parents of balloon boy, are finally being charged on Friday after they plead guilty, according to the family attorney.

Richard Heene could be charged with a felony for attempting to influence a public servant. Mayumi Heene may be charged with a misdemeanor for making a false report. Mayumi is getting off easier because she is still a Japanese citizen so a felony conviction could mean deportation, and with a criminal record she may not be able to get a U.S. citizenship ever despite being married to a U.S. citizen. Mayumi won’t be deported however, because all her kids were born here, and authorities don’t usually like to tear families apart with deportation unless something really serious happened.

This is probably the last time Mayumi listens to Richard’s bright ideas, on the other hand, she knew what she was getting herself into.

Sheriff Jim Alderden also escaped being charged with a crime for telling the media the family was being investigated by child protective services.

James Gandolfini Punches a Photog

James Gandolfini was shopping in West Village in New York City when he lost his temper after a paparazzo kept following and filming him from a distance.

Gandolfini hit the paparazzo several times. This isn’t the first time Gandolfini lost his temper. The last time was at JFK airport when he punched a fan who wanted an autograph.

Joe Francis Sues Jayde Nicole and Brody Jenner

Joe Francis is suing both Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole for battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel and false light. Joe claims the couple lied when they described the incidents night he was attacked by both of them.

In his lawsuit, Joe claims Jayde struck him in the head twice, then threw a drink on him, and said:

"I’m going to kill you!"

Joe says he was "startled and shocked," and saw Jayde reaching for a bottle. Joe says "in fear and apprehension of being struck a third time, and that Nicole was going to carry out her threat to kill me, I grabbed Nicole’s hair in self defense."

Joe say Nicole fell because she "lost her balance on her high heels."

That’s what we saw on the video, so we believe Joe.

Here’s a tip for women like Jayde, don’t start a fight with a man unless you can fight like a man. Everyone has the right to defend themselves. If you start a fight with someone bigger and stronger than you, don’t expect them to limit their defense to how much you can take. People who are attacked defend themselves with everything they’ve got. It’s part of a primitive defense mechanism in our brain called "fight or flight." We hope Jayde learned her lesson. Women are not always the victim, sometimes they are the aggressor, as appears to be the case here.

The Los Angeles District Attorney announced today he will no file charges against Joe, Jayde, or Brody for the attack against Joe.

According to the report, the D.A. supports Joe’s claims that the surveillance video shows that Jayde "appears to have acted without immediate provocation."

In conclusion, the D.A. thought "the interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects."

The D.A.’s report does support Joe’s civil lawsuit against Jayde and Brody. Despite the evidence against them, Jayde and Brody also filed lawsuits against Joe.

Richard Heene Gives His Baby Beer and a Cigar

Balloon boy’s dad, Richard Heene, is seen in a video that was just leaked online showing him giving his son Bradford a beer and a cigar so he could film it about 10 years ago.

Mayumi Heene could be heard saying "NO!"

Another man’s voice can also be heard in the background telling Richard to bark like a dog, which he does.

Richard has also bragged about how he takes his 3 sons "storm chasing," which means they chase tornados and other dangerous storms to film them.

Another Fight Breaks Out at Akon Concert

Akon was performing in Melbourne, Australia when a fight broke out between rival gangs in the audience. So what did Akon do? He jumped into the crowd to fight the people fighting, so he could stop the fight. Usually pouring gasoline on fire only makes the fire bigger.

Afterwards a total of nine people went to the hospital with injuries, and six other also reported being assaulted.

Akon’s promoter sugar coated Akon’s intervention saying:

"One of the things people should take note on is an artist didn’t have too much concern for his own safety to go down and try and make things better."

"The thing that I saw, and I was standing right next to him. He walked to a girl (involved in a fight) and walked to her and held her face and said, ‘You’re better than that’."

It took Akon 2 years to convince Australian authorities to let him perform again in their country, due to his long list of criminal convictions. Australia may be rethinking opening their door to Akon anytime in the future.

Wherever Akon goes, trouble always follows.

Rachel Lee Robbery Ring Leader

Police say that Rachel Lee (19), above left, is considered to be the "master mind" of the robberies, or burglaries, of the celebrity homes of Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan, Hayden Panettiere, Rachel Bilson, and Audrina Patridge.

Lee was arrested on Thursday in Las Vegas, Nevada. Law enforcement claim Lee is suspected of organizing a plan to steal cash, jewelry, clothing, luggage, purses, and other personal items. When Lee was busted, cops impounded a variety of items from her father’s Las Vegas home, including two laptops, photographs of a partially n*de woman (Paris Hilton), photographs of Lee’s friends, more than two hundred $100 bills, a Korean passport and a vial of marijuana.

Cops found a series of items that may have been taken from various celebrity homes. The items include a hat linked to Lindsay Lohan, jeans linked to Rachel Bilson, and partially n*de photographs linked to Paris Hilton.

Police also arrested Nicholas Prugo (above), who police suspect was just as involved as Lee. Prugo has a previous narcotics conviction, according to reports.

Burgulary suspect Alexis Neiers (above), aka Alexis Taylor, says Nick Prugo was definitely involved:

"I know for a fact Nick did all of these burglaries. He did every single burglary, he told me this after the police let him go. Nick is blaming people, trying to get the blame off himself."

Alexis then described the roles of the other four suspects:

"Rachel Lee was his [Prugo’s] main accomplice, and they brought Diana Tamayo into this. Diana, Nick and Rachel did the burglaries together. Roy Lopez was the one who sold the stuff they had taken, and he’s friends with Courtney Ames and that’s why she was arrested."

Alexis finished up by explaining how she got caught up in the investigation, saying:

"The only reason they came to my house was because they thought I was holding property for Nick, they even searched my house and found nothing. I’m innocent in all of this and feel terrible for all the people who got robbed."

Why would Prugo, and all those other criminals, feel they could trust Alexis with details about their crimes? If she knows too much, she could also be involved.

Cops say the search warrants were issued in Los Angeles, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park and Las Vegas, and during one of the searches, "three firearms and a large amount of narcotics" were found."

Cops also say property recovered during the searches "was among that stolen during a series of burglaries committed at the residences of well known celebrities."

Courtney Ames (above) was also arrested after police found a picture, on Prugo’s computer, of Ames holding a ton of money in her hands. Alexis says Ames only got arrested because she is friends with Roy Lopez. Really? We don’t buy the stories Alexis is telling, and we doubt police are either. If they can find the evidence Alexis will probably be headed to jail next.
