The Los Angeles County Coroner announced that Casey Johnson (30) died from Ketoacidosis related to her insulin dependent diabetes. Although the coroner ruled the death as “natural causes,” it seems obvious it was slow suicide.

Casey was an insulin dependent diabetic. She developed a condition called ketoacidosis because she wasn’t injecting herself with insulin, and probably wasn’t checking her blood sugar either. As the blood sugar levels rise Casey would start to urinate ketones, and as the process continued her blood would become thick with sugar, because there is no insulin to transport that sugar into cells to be used as energy, and her blood became more and more acidic. All together ketoacidosis will produce multi system, and multi organ failure, which includes severe swelling of the brain, which all becomes irreversible at some point. Casey had been hospitalized twice before for ketoacidosis so she knew what would happen.

Since Casey knew as a fact that she would die if she did not inject insulin daily based on her blood sugar levels, it is safe to assume this was a slow suicide. Tila Tequila had been fighting with Casey, and refused to give Casey her dogs back, among other things, so it is safe to assume that Casey depression caused by the trouble Tila was causing played a factor in Casey choices that led to her death in my opinion.

Casey could have chosen to surround herself with positive people, but her drug addiction, and negative self perception led her to surround herself with negative people like Tila Tequila. In the end, Casey’s legacy is one of negativity, and an adopted daughter Ava who is now living with Casey’s estranged family.

After Casey’s death Tila Tequila talked to anyone who would listen about her relationship with Casey, which actually played a factor in Casey’s demise in my opinion. Tila surrounds herself as well with negative influences, and now Tila is pregnant with her brother’s baby, and she says she intends to raise the child in her negative environment. We already know this child’s future.

Tila Tequila isn’t the only person trying to get attention after the untimely death of Casey Johnson, now Courtenay Semel is making claims that she and Casey made an intimate video tape when they were in Texas, and that Casey’s family has the tape. Semel says:

"We had our own s*x tape. It was either listen to our families and do what they say to get our lives back, or do it ourselves and sell this tape, work on our show. That was kind of our plan."

"We laughed when we watched our s*x tape because we were like, ’This is the most beautiful piece of art work we have ever seen in our lives.’"

Casey certainly hung around with some scum bags, and she herself was likely going to jail for stealing just before her death. It’s hard to imagine any of these girls make money from our attention. This is one form of female empowerment.

We’ll never know if Semel is even telling the truth, because Casey is dead and can’t speak for herself. Although we don’t doubt Casey would make such a tape.

Casey Johnson (30) was found dead by her maid this morning in her home, and has been dead for several days, but her cause of death has not yet been determined, according to police. LAPD spokeswoman Sara Faden:

"A toxicology investigation will be pending through the coroner’s office."

Johnson, who is the daughter of Woody Johnson owner of the New York Jets, was out on bail after being arrested for theft.

A spokesman for the heir to the Johnson & Johnson empire said:

"The Johnson family is mourning its tragic loss and asks for privacy during this very difficult time."

Casey’s parents had cut her off from her trust fund as an act of tough love to keep her from buying drugs and alcohol. Casey had several failed rehab stints.

Casey adopted a daughter, Ava, now 3, from Kazakhstan early in 2007. Hopefully the Johnson family will now care for the little girl.

In December Tila Tequila announced that she and Casey were engaged, and that she was going to help get Casey out of her legal dilema. Tila told TMZ they were fighting last week, and that Casey stayed at Tila’s house on the 28th. Tila tried contacting Casey on the 29th because Casey had left her dogs behind. Tila says Casey’s phone has been shut off since the 29th and she was not able to make contact, according to TMZ.

Like drugs and alcohol, having Tila in her life, didn’t help Casey get any better, or to stay alive.

Tila Tequila announced on Tuesday, at the Famous Stars and Straps 10th Anniversary and Snoop Dogg 10th Album Release, that she and Heiress Casey Johnson are engaged to be married. Tila then made the same announcement on a Ustream video. Tila said:

"Tonight, my beautiful girlfriend has just asked me to marry her and check out this rock," a lingerie-clad Tila declared in an UStream video with her now-fiance. "Bam! That is a 17-carat diamond ring from my baby."

Casey Johnson, the troubled heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, is out on bail after being arrested for grand theft after she allegedly stole dozens of pieces of clothing, jewelry and other items from a supermodel who had befriended and tried to reform her. Jasmine Lennard alleges Casey stole clothing, jewelry, and a lot of personal items while Jasmine was gone from her home for about six weeks.

Tila is now going to get involved in Casey’s legal problems to help Casey stay out of jail. Tila loves trouble, and she’s for sale at any price. Once Casey’s problems are over, Tila will keep the rock and go back to guys, because it’s no secret she isn’t really into girls. Tila just found a new, but temporary job working for Casey.

Publicity whore Tila Tequila, aka Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen, wants us to believe she and Courtenay Semmel are a lesbian couple. Courtenay was dating Casey Johnson, and was rumored to have been Linsay Lohan’s secret lesbian lover.

Tila sees how much attention Lindsay is getting having a public lesbian relationship with Samantha Ronson, so she’s going to work that angle a little harder.
