Jamie Lynn Spears (16) is reportedly wearing an engagement ring from fiancé Casey Aldridge. Reports say Jamie has been flashing the rock to friends and family around Louisiana and Mississippi. A source said:

"She’s got an engagement ring. She’s been showing it off, talking about it."

Spears and her 18-year-old fiancé are expecting the baby this summer. No official word yet on a wedding date for the couple.

If Jamie really has an engagement ring, then she bought herself, because Casey doesn’t have any money of his own, unless he got the ring out of a Cracker Jack box.

Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge haven’t been seen together in a long time, but finally they made an everyday looking appearance when they shopped together at the AutoZone and J.C. Penney. Jamie’s baby bump doesn’t look very big. I expected her to be bigger by now.

Casey Aldridge is falsely rumored to have broken up with Jamie Lynn Spears, but with reports that Jamie was sleeping around there may be some truth to his demanding a paternity test. Some reports claim she got pregnant by an older TV producer who has not been named to keep him from being charged with statutory rape. In Touch Weekly reports:

"He wants a paternity test," Britney told the Spears family friend, according to In Touch Weekly. "Casey doesn’t want to be with her until he’s sure that he’s the father."

Right now Casey has been driving Jamie’s car, and he has his own bodyguard provided by the Spears family. As long as his gravy train is still on the tracks, I doubt Casey will make any waves.

On Friday Jamie Lynn Spears, and her mom Lynne, were outside the Tangipahoa Adult Education Center in Kentwood, Louisiana. Lynne dresses just like her 16 year-old daughter. Someone should tell Lynne it’s time to grow up, and maybe she can pass the info on to Britney as well. Jamie Lynn is getting her G.E.D. since she dropped out of Parklane High School in McComb where she was a cheerleader. How cute. On New Years Eve Casey Aldridge was seen driving away from Lynne Spears’ home in Jamie Lynn’s car with a bodyguard. Even if he’s not the daddy, he is still enjoying the perks.
