Casey Aldridge (20), the boyfriend of Jamie Lynn Spears and father to her 10-month-old baby, was released from a Mississippi hospital on Friday, five days after flipping over in his pickup truck while partying with friends at a late-night bachelor party. A family source said:

"Casey got home today, and he’s doing really well. He’ll have to have some rest for the next few weeks. He’s still got a headache, but everything looks good."

"They’re both at the house in Liberty (Missouri). Jamie Lynn’s mother, Lynne, has been keeping the couple’s baby, Maddie Briann, for most of the time during this whole episode, but I guess the baby will be going back home. Now Jamie Lynn will have two babies to care for."

"Aldridge had been attending a bachelor party for a cousin who is getting married next week. He is the best man, but I don’t know if he’ll be up to that or not. We’ll just have to wait and see."

There’s usually a lot of drinking alcohol at bachelor parties. It seems irresponsible that the police did not ask the hospital to test Casey’s blood for alcohol. We hope Casey learned his lesson, so he doesn’t kill himself or someone else next time.

Casey Aldridge (19), who is the fiance of Jamie Lynn Spears (18), was in a car accident at 1:30 am Sunday morning. Jamie is by Casey’s side at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.

The 19-year-old Aldridge was driving his Ford F-250 truck in rural Tensas Parish, La. around 1:20 a.m. with four male friends when he lost control of his vehicle. Aldridge’s truck flipped over at least once after he drifted off the road and overcorrected.

Casey has received a careless operation traffic citation, a misdemeanor, which is defined as "operating a motor vehicle and endangering the life, limb and property of any person, including oneself," according to Louisiana State Trooper Mark Dennis.

Dennis also confirmed details of the crash saying, "There were four occupants in addition to the driver in the truck, all male, and three of the five total people were ejected from the vehicle in the crash. One of those was indeed Casey Aldridge."

Dennis stated that Aldridge was transported from the scene of the accident to Riverland Medical Facility in Ferriday, La. prior to troopers arriving to investigate and was said to have "moderate injuries." Meanwhile, a representative at Riverland confirmed that Aldridge was treated earlier at their facility, but that "he is not here now."

According to reports, Aldridge cracked his skull and one pal suffered a broken collarbone, but Dennis said:

"The other passengers reported minor injuries. It’s my understanding that none of them required treatment at the scene and refused to be taken to a medical facility."

Driving under the influence has been raised since news of Aldridge’s accident broke this morning, but Dennis said:

"The trooper investigating the scene had no probable cause to request chemical tests so at this time there’s no reason to suspect alcohol or drug use on the part of the driver."

There reports earlier today that said Casey was going for brain surgery to remove a blood clot. Right now we are hearing Casey has a hairline skull fracture, but a family member says Casey did not have brain surgery.

It seems no one in the truck was wearing a seatbelt. Next time maybe they’ll know better.

Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge have called their wedding off according to a source, who says:

“The wedding’s off. They are still in love, living together and very happy, but they have no plans to get married. Jamie Lynn has everything she wants and feels no need for a ring and piece of paper.”

Another source says:

“She and Casey have weathered a lot in their young relationship already and don’t need the pressure of making wedding plans.”

Very true. Just make a good and happy home for your daughter Maddie Briann.

The source adds:

“She has told friends and family she’s never coming back to Hollywood. She feels that part of her life is over. Jamie Lynn enjoyed every minute of doing Zoey, but since she’s had Maddie, her life has changed completely. She’s happy being a real hands-on Southern mother and hopes to continue that for years to come with Casey right by her side. Jamie Lynn knows she needs to make a living when she grows older, so she’s already discussing her career options with advisers. She wants Maddie to grow up in comfort.”

If Jamie wants a comfortable life for Maddie, then she’ll have to head back to Hollywood, because her current skills would put her in a job at a drive-thru window at McDonalds.

Casey Aldridge took pictures of Jamie Lynn Spears breast feeding their daughter Maddie Briann Spears, then went to Wal-Mart to get the pictures printed. Now police are investigating the possibility an employee made extra copies, and is trying to sell them. The problem with that idea is that Jamie is still under 18 years-old, so those pictures are of a minor, which makes it illegal to sell the pictures, even though it was legal for Jamie to have sex, and get pregnant. Scratching my head thinking about that one.

Plus, the pictures are considered stolen.

When the catch the person, should charges be filed? The person works a low paying Walmart job, then suddenly someone hands them a suitcase full of money (pictures of Jamie breast feeding), and says print these for me. What would you do?

Let me just add that Casey is a rocket scientist for taking those pictures to Walmart of his celebrity girlfiriend. Perhaps he should have invested in a color laser printer, and some glossy paper.

Casey Aldridge (19) cheated on Jamie Lynn Spears (17) with Kelli Dawson (28) for 12 months, according to a report from In Touch Weekly. Now Kelli, pictured below, who looks like Jamie’s mom, is talking to the tabloids about her affair with Casey:

Dawson says she met 19 year-old Casey back in November 2006 at the home of her sister.

During that time Casey was already dating Jamie Lynn, but according to Dawson that didn’t stop their sexual chemistry. She tells In Touch Weekly, "We were both really attracted to each other. He totally instigated it and pursued me. His friends would tell me that he liked me, that he thought I was pretty."

Well, in order to protect herself, Dawson claims they saw each other a few times and “kissed randomly.” Adding that things got “hot and heavy” later on in the Spring of 2007.

And though Casey was still with Jamie Lynn at the time, Dawson says "You never knew if they were broken up or not, because it changed from day to day!"

Casey was even supposed to join Jamie Lynn on a trip to Los Angeles in July of last year.

Though Dawson says, “One morning, he called and asked me to meet him in town. I said, ’You’re supposed to be on a flight right now,’ and he said, ’I’m not going.’ He called Jamie Lynn and told her that she would have to go by herself. She was irate. I think she knew he was staying because of me."

Dawson and Casey were even sleeping together when Jamie Lynn announced she was pregnant!

Though according to Dawson, she and Casey stopped sleeping together a few months before Jamie Lynn gave birth to their daughter.

"It just didn’t feel right," says Dawson. "He had to deal with the baby coming, and it had to stop."

However, things apparently stopped between Dawson and Casey because she got back together with an ex last August. She says, “Casey was furious about that.”

Though she and Casey got back together before the year ended. Adding, "It happened very casually. He came by the house and I went off with him in his car and had sex. Sometimes, we would go to his house or we would fool around in his truck, just driving around and then parking."

According to Dawson the last time she slept with Casey was in March but "even after we stopped having sex, we would still kiss occasionally."

Even Britney Spears’s ex-husband is speaking about this. No, not K-Fed. Her first hubby, Jason Alexander.

Alexander says, “Kelli and Casey have been a couple on and off for a few years. They were a really tight couple, but I think it was hard for Kelli, having Jamie Lynn in the picture.”

Dawson adds about Casey that currently, "I see him all the time, at least once a week.”

This just adds fuel to the rumor that Casey isn’t really the father of Jamie Lynn’s baby. If she doesn’t dump him, it won’t be because she’s understanding, it will be because she doesn’t want the rumored older man who really got her pregnant to go to jail for statutory rape.

Kelli’s story needs to be investigated by police, since Casey was only 17 years-old at the time of their “sexual” relationship, which means she is guilty of statutory rape. Seems to be a lot of that going on in that town.
