According to a video tape that surfaced earlier today, Nikki Blonsky was saving some seats for her family at an airport lounge, allowed one of the Bianca Golden family to take a saved seat, but not the rest. That’s when a girl a green shirt, who may or may not be Bianca, it’s hard to tell, punched Nikki in the head while she was just sitting in her seat.

A witness claims the trouble started to brew when a member of Golden’s family started racist talk saying:

"I don’t want to sit next to any white b!tch."

Golden’s cousin, Maria Williams, claims the Blonsky family then started using the N-word, however, other witness at the scene could not verify they heard anyone using racially inflammatory language except for the Golden family.

As a result of this petty dispute, Nikki, Bianca, and Nikki’s father ended up in jail, while Bianca’s mother ended up in the ICU with a cracked skull and a broken nose. A seat is not worth this kind of trouble.

Hairspray’s Nikki Blonsky and her father Carl Blonsky (pictured above) were arrested Wednesday after getting into a fight at Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos. America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden, whose family resides on the island, got into a fight with the Blonsky family. The familys fought each other, because Nikki was saving five seats for her family in the airport lounge, but Golden’s family weren’t having that, and insisted on taking the seats. That’s when a huge fight broke out.

Nikki (19) was charged with assault with actual bodily harm, which carries a maximum sentence of two years, and common assault, also known as threat of assault, with a 90-day maximum term. Nikki is out on bail. Bianca was also charged with assault with actual bodily harm. Nikki’s father Carl was charged with grievous bodily harm. Carl will remain in jail until August 8 when he’ll have a court date.

Nikki is wearing a neck brace (pictured above), while Bianca’s mother Elaine Golden, has been airlifted to a Florida Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for emergency treatment for a serious head injury inflicted by Nikki Blonksy’s father, Carl. Bianca is pictured below.

The families fought over seats. Was it worth it?
