Looks like Mischa Barton isn’t the only star smoking marijuana these days. BFF Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore spent some time together in Hawaii, and they just couldn’t help but smoke some pot on the beach. Who are they setting an example for? It would be nice to see more respectable, less drug addicted, and less crazy stars in Hollywood. Diaz has been spending a lot of time in Hawaii since her split with Justin Timberlake.

Drew looks a bit chunky.

Cameron Diaz accepted "substantial" damages from American Media Inc., publisher of the National Enquirer, on Friday for alleging that she had an affair with a married man, her lawyer said.

Simon Smith, a partner with the London law firm Schillings, told London’s High Court that the article alleged that Diaz had a "smooching session" with a married producer who worked on her MTV show, "Trippin.’" The article was posted to the magazine’s Web site in May 2005. After Diaz complained, the photographs were removed from the Enquirer’s Web site and were not published in editions of the magazine distributed in Britain.

The lawsuit was settled out of court, Smith said, and the terms of the agreement were confidential. In court, he said the damages paid were "substantial." In a statement read to the high court Friday, the magazine "apologized unreservedly" for any distress caused to the 34-year-old Diaz, her former boyfriend Justin Timberlake, as well as the producer and his wife.

Sam Howard, the Enquirer’s lawyer, said the magazine "entirely accepts that the allegations were without foundation and ought never to have been published." It was the second settlement in the case for Diaz: In July 2005, The Sun paid the actress, star of the "Charlie’s Angels" films and "There’s Something About Mary," undisclosed damages after settling out of court over the same story.

At a recent Golden Globe Awards after-party Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were flirting, which caused Cameron Diaz to go from zero to b*tchy in 0.000001 seconds. Before that party Justin was rumored to be banging dating Scarlett Johansson, but Johansson has publicly announced that she is promiscuous by announcing she gets tested for STDs regularly although she denies being promiscuous, and just wants to have fun right now. Honesty is a good policy.

At the recent Sundance Festival rumors are swirling that Timberlake and Biel were hooking up, and are now having a mini-working vacation together.

Biel and Derek Jeter were dating, and even vacationed as a couple in Puerto Rico earlier this month. Just this week Jeter was spotted doing some dirty dancing with Gabrielle Union while at the Michael Jordan Golf Tournament. Golf is a great aphrodisiac.

Biel has really been making the rounds, and has been spotted touching a lot of girls as well. At the Golden Globe Awards Biel was caught on camera patting Maria Menounos butt, and she’s been spotted in her bikini touching and being touched by other girls. Hmmmm.

Cameron Diaz was spotted in Hawaii last week surfing and staying with Kelly Slater. Let’s hope Slater is enough to keep Diaz’s mind off of Timberlake. It looks like Biel is finally discovering her sexual self, and there are a lot of mouths watering over the prospects. Biel looks a lot better in a Bikini than Diaz, and that is saying a lot. Let’s just hope Biel doesn’t become as promiscuous as Scarlett Johansson.

It was wall-to-wall A-listers at Prince’s post-Golden Globes bash, but Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel managed to stand out. The pair was continuing the touchy-feely flirtation begun earlier that night at the Creative Artists Agency-sponsored bash at Sunset Towers.

And his ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz couldn’t help but stare. “Cameron was across the room giving them the evil eye,” says a party source. “It was like high school.”

Another witness says that pal Drew Barrymore even attempted to distract Diaz from her ex’s hookup-in-progress with Biel, “grabbing Cameron to dance, trying to make her have fun.”

What Diaz did next, barely five days after announcing an amicable split with Timberlake, her boyfriend of nearly four years, shocked the whole room.

“All of a sudden she just lost it,” says one of the many witnesses to the tantrum of Diaz. “She came up and started yelling at Jessica.”

According to a witness, Biel, 24, stepped away, leaving Diaz, 34, to unleash her fury on Timberlake, 25, who moved with her into a hallway.

Says a guest, “First she started saying all these nasty things to him about Jessica like, ‘What is she? Your new f-king girlfriend? Look at her!’ And then she insinuated things about other guys that Jessica has been with.”

The tirade went on for 45 minutes, until Drew Barrymore finally intervened. Says a source, “Drew had to grab Cameron and say, ‘It’s enough.’”
